Odessa's pov

We got back from Starbucks and were holding the guy's drinks. I didn't know whose I was holding. We entered the hype house and Addison shouted to everyone that the drinks are here. Everyone came and we handed them their drinks but I had one more with was Tony's but he wasn't here. He must be in his room. Ondre came up to me.
Ondre:Do you want me to give him his drink?
Me:Nah, I'll give it to him.
Ondre nods and I go up the stairs. I take a deep breath before knocking the door. I knock and I hear him say 'come in!!' I open the door and he was laying on his bed. He looked up from his phone and just stares at me.
Me:I have your Starbucks drink.
Tony:Thanks.
I give him his drink and head to the door.
Tony:Wait!!!
I turn around and look at him.
Tony:I'm sorry.
I stay silent and look at the floor.
Tony:I shouldn't have believed Daisy.
Me:I don't blame you. You didn't know.
Tony:I overreacted but uhh.... can we be friends?!
Me:Why did you just ask me that.

I sit on his bed.

Tony:Your room is literally the otherwise of our room and I could hear you sing.

I get up from the bed but he pushes me down.

I sigh.

He smiles at me and I get my phone out and play the song. He looked interested. It finally finishes and he stayed silent.
Me:Earth to TONY!!!
He finally snapped out of his thoughts.
Tony:Ummm, I don't think that is you singing.
Me:Well that's your problem.
Tony:That's awesome, you can sing!!!
Me:You think?!
Tony:Fuck I know!!

Me:It's true. I was crying and I just felt stupid on why I was crying.

Me:Alright, lets just forget that this happened.

Me:Are you planning on staying here the whole day?!

Me:Alright lets go downstairs then.
He nods and we head downstairs but no one was there.
Tony:The hell is everyone.
Then Ondre came over to us in only shorts.
Ondre:You guys cool now.
Me:We were always cool, we just weren't talking.
Ondre:The fuck.
Tony and laugh at him.
Ondre:Oh well, you guys wanna chill in the pool?!
Me:ummm....
Tony:You okay?!
Me:I can't swim!!
Ondre:So that's why you never go in the pool.
Me:yhh
Ondre:Sucks to be you.
Me:EXUSE YOU!!!???
Ondre:I'm out.
He then heads outside.
Tony:I'll stay with you.
Me:Nahh you can go have fun.

He smiles at me and goes upstairs to change. I go to the kitchen and got some water. Then my phone started ringing.

I didn't want to answer but I did anyways.

Me:Hello.
Mom:Odessa, can we talk?!
She looked like she was crying!
Me:Mom what happened?!
Mom:Your dad!!!
Me:What did he do.
Mom:He did it again, Odessa
Me:I told you mom.
Mom:I know. I am sorry for not listening to you....
Me:What did he do.
Mom:The same thing he did to me and now he locked me in the room and I have no idea what he is doing!!
Me:I'm coming!
Mom:No!!!! It is not safe.
Me:He can hurt you mom!
Mom:I know. He will....
Me:What?!!
Mom:I just want you to know that I love you and whatever I said the other day I didn't mean it okay? Tell your brother that too.

By now my eyes were filled with tears.

Then I heard the door open and heard my dad shouting at her then the next thing I heard was a gunshot. I stop breathing for a second and started crying. He killed her. HE KILLED MY MOM. I didn't notice but I was already on the floor crying and the next thing I see is black.
