I got dressed in my new dress I had just bought, it was tight, black, and had cutouts on the side. It was just another one of the boy’s parties they throw when they come back from tour, but for some reason I felt like this party would be different. I curled my hair so the curls cascaded down my back. I put my make up on thoroughly and added hot red lipstick to my plump lips. Just a spritz of my favorite perfume and I was ready.
I grabbed my clutch, phone, keys, lipstick, and put on my heels and headed out of my flat and hailed a cab to Liam’s house for the party.
I arrived to the party full of confidence, it had been a while since the boys had seen me and things had changed. I dyed my hair, and styled it differently and I had gotten my dream job which made me realize that anything is possible. That’s why I realized I was finally going to tell Harry how I really felt about him tonight.
I knocked on the door and fixed my hair waiting for the door. The door opened to Liam looking as handsome as he always does. “Y/N! You look stunning love, damn!” He said while pulling me in for a hug “Thanks Li!” I said smiling and hugging him back. “Let’s get the lady a drink!” he said while pulling me into his house full of people.
While Liam was making me my favorite rum and coke, I saw the other boys minus Harry approaching. I stared at them waiting to see if anyone of them recognized me. I saw Niall freeze and look at me with me his mouth open, causing the other boys to freeze and ask what he was looking at. Liam laughed and led me to them as I started drinking my drink.
“Y/N! Is that you love?!” Louis nearly shouted at me. “Yeah! I know my hair looks a bit different but it’s me!” I said smiling politely. The boys all glanced at each other as they all took turns hugging me and asking me how I have been.
“Y/N, umm Harry is coming this way.” Liam whispered to me. He’s the only one who knows about the feelings I have for Harry. I looked up to see Harry walking towards us, with his tattoos showing and his eyes staring right at me. I had just enough time to catch my breath before he approached me.
“Y/N, you look stunning babe.” He said while pulling me close to his chest in a hug. “Thanks Harry.” I said while inhaling his musky scent of cologne.
“I think we need some shots!” Liam shouted coming back with a tray full of vodka shots. “Lady’s first!” Louis said loudly, I shrugged and grabbed two shots, one for each hand, and I threw them both back without a problem. When I was done the boys started clapping and taking their own shots, except for Harry, who was looking at me with a smirk on his face.
After drinking, dancing, and socializing with the boys and all of our other friends, I made my way to the bathroom to freshen up. I reapplied my lipstick and sprayed a spritz of perfume on my neck. As I walked out of the bathroom I bumped into someone which stopped me in my tracks. “Oh I’m so sorry…” I started to say and then I looked up and saw it was Harry. “It’s perfectly fine love.” He assured me with his hand on my lower back. I nodded and smiled getting out of his way when he grabbed my wrist stopping me. “Come here we need to catch up, and you need to tell me all about your new job Y/N.” He said leading me to the guest room, “Okay.” I said quietly because in my head I was freaking out.
I sat across from him on the bed as he took off his hat and fixed his curls. “So tell me about your life Y/N.” He said while gazing at me. “Well I got my dream job, I am a celebrity news journalist for Gossip Life magazine and…” I started telling him and then my words were cut off by his lips on mine. He kissed me with passion and lust and I kissed him right back. He rolled me over so I was underneath him, when I had a thought. I took my lips off of his and stared at him, “What’s wrong Y/N?” he asked “Nothing it’s just….” “Just what?” He asked again cutting me off. “Why are you doing this Harry? I mean it’s not like I don’t want to, it’s just I’m not sure we have the same reasons for doing this…” I said sighing. “What do you mean..?” He asked with concern filling his voice.
