December 1991
Never a flower
Never a heart
Only words of encouragement
No Spontaneous gifts
No birthday presents
Only the good times and the bad together
Not one photo
Not one ring
Only the shared interests
Never a song dedicated
Never a poem written
Only kisses and caresses
Now all of it is gone
Except for the memories
But memories die
Without something to keep them alive
Farewell my dearest love
We are no more.
