Up to now, every time Naruto wanders the town- He always remember her, with her obnoxious pink hair and sparkling emerald eyes, she stood out.
He remembered when he had this huge crush on her, asking her out several times and being rejected, he also remembered how Sasuke drastically changed after her death, the raven must've felt weird that there was no more Sakura tailing him and telling him how much she loved him.
"Boruto! Himawari-chan, are you guys done dressing up? We're going to go now." Hinata's sweet voice called out.
Naruto just stood there, looking out the window, as they waited for their children to come down.
"Mama! Papa! I'm here, isn't my dress pretty!" Himawari giggled.
Hinata scooped her daughter in her arms, carrying her.
"Where's your brother?"
"Mama, brother is almost done."
That's when the loud young boy came down, almost tripping down the steps.
"Let's go dattebasa!"

They finally arrived the Memorial Stone.
To Naruto's surprise Sasuke was also there, placing his bouquet of white tulips carefully on the ground.
"Oi, Teme!"
Sasuke didn't respond. Instead, he stood up and walked away, leaving the family alone.
"Heh! He's always like tha—"
"DATTEBASA! SASUKE-SAN IS SO COOL! WOW!" The young boy shouted, throwing his hands up.
"Shush! Boruto!" His mother scolded.
Naruto sighed and ever so carefully placed a bouquet of yellow roses he chose from Ino Yamanaka's shop.
Oh, Ino— He remembered how her face looked like, how she trembled after hearing the news. She looked as if she was struck by lightning, she wailed and cried, thrashing around shouting "It's not true! S-Sakura must be here! I.. I'll give up on Sasuke-kun just tell me it's not true! Please!" She pleaded until she can no longer cry.
They were best friends after all.
Naruto was cut off from his trance, when Hinata placed her hand on his shoulder. He glanced at her and stood up.
"Let's go."
With heavy heart, Naruto left with his family.
