Most of you were rightfully concerned about my beautiful Bella, I am glad you are, she is amazing. I have a story for you though. This is what happened last night,
As I saw her dashing off into the distance, I knew she was getting into trouble, and I had to save her from herself. I have never awaited the elevator more, I needed to find her. I jumped into the elevator when it arrived, smashed the buttons, and sweated as I worried I would not find her. I needed to find her.
I was lucky enough to be there as she was getting into her uber. I selected Uber Pool to see if I was lucky enough to catch one with her in it. I was. This was one of the reasons I loved technology so much. I needed to know where she was going. Too bad I had to select a location before I got in. When I smushed into the compact car, I glanced into Bella's perfect blue eyes. She gave me a quick smile before asking,
"Dan, right?" she questioned,
I was surprised by the question, she knew me? "Oh, uh," i stuttered, "yes, I am Dan. You are Bella right?"
"Yeah!" she giggled, she had the most perfect laugh, "you are my apartment neighbor! We should really talk more, it is good to have some allies on your side," she joked.
I laughed along with her, "I will certainly become your ally. So where you headed?"
"That's personal." she mentioned with a serious face.
"OH! Sorry didn't mean to intrude." I felt so embarrassed.
"I'm totally joking! I'm headed to a party. You are totally welcome to come! My friend Leo is throwing it."
Leo. FML! "Sure! I'll check it out. I can only stay for a bit," i pointed at her,
"Awesome," she perked, "This is gonna' be so fun! I can finally get to know who is living next to me!" She smiled as she leaned back into her seat, a perfect smile that lit up my soul.
As we pulled into the driveway of Leo's condo, I already hated this idea of being around him, just the thought of him with Bella made me want to hurt him, and if he ever broke her heart, he would not survive another day. We walked up the stairs together and made small talk. His condo was on the third floor. I could hear the music bumping through the floors, how were people okay with this?
When I walked into the condo, realized why everyone was okay with it, everyone in the condominium was in there, and down the hallway trying to secure a spot inside. Bella grabbed my hand and dragged me in.
"Come on Dan!" she shouted over the blasting music. Her hands were soft. Her nails were long and painted a pastel blue, they suited her outfit so well. She wore a light blue plaid skirt with a white cropped tank top. It looked amazing on her.
"Where are you taking me?" I wondered,
"You are coming to meet my friends!" She continued to drag me through Leo's condo, which was more like a house. I forgot to mention how huge it was. Three floors. Pool and hot tub. Multiple balconies. Full bar. Leo was loaded, I had some big competition.
She dragged me up the marble staircase, multiple rooms and party-goers giving us weird looks all to finally get to her friends. She let go of my hand to hug her friends. I should have cherished that more. The group of four girls all squealed as she arrived, you could tell Bella was the center of attention.
"Guys! This is Dan," she looked at me and grinned, "he is my next door neighbor. Dan, this is Cherry," Cherry had red hair, the reddest hair I have seen, she was tall too, about 5'11'. "Shauna," Shauna was tan, had brown eyes and hair, was the shortest of them all, and had her arms covered in glow sticks. "and hailey." Hailey looked similar to Bella, light brown hair, blue eyes and a slim figure. The main difference was the height, Bella was 5'6" while Hailey was barely 5 feet.
Shauna bumped Bella and whispered, "is this the one you thought was cute?"
"SHAUNA! Shut up!!!" I am glad I heard. "I'm in to Leo, this is why we are all here. Remember?"
"Oh whatevs'" Shauna added.
This is where the real partying came in. We all started to dance, I wasn't the best dancer but I was able to keep up. We also had some drinks. I wasn't sure what they all were, but it felt good to be buzzed with Bella. It felt like a dream to be doing anything with Bella.
"Bella! I've been missing you!" It was Leo, he grabbed her waist and kissed her. She pulled away after the first peck though, she did not seem too interested in Leo, in contrary to what she wrote down today. "Woah, okay, you are pissed at me."
"Leo, wtf just leave me alone. Let me have a good time." She rolled her eyes,
"Whatever!" He threw his hands in the hair as he walked away,
"What a nerd!" Cherry exclaimed,
"Girl, I know" Shauna agreed,
"At least we get to party..." Hailey attempted.
"Ugh, whatever. Dan I am sorry about that, I really wanted to get off on a good note with you," she said in a tone that told me that she was disapointed in herself.
"It is totally fine, Bella," I tried to comfort her.
"So, do you want to go?" she questioned,
"If you think that would be best."
she turned to her friends, "Sorry girlies, i gotta ditch you," she smiled at me and gripped my hand, " okay, let's go Dan."
