Chapter 4

Mitsuba woke up to his alarm ringing.He turned it off and got dressed in his uniform.Then he grabbed his backpack and went downstairs.

His mother came up to him.

"Mitsuba...are you feeling okay?You haven't eaten in two days"His mother said with concern in her voice.

"Mom,I'm completely fine!"Mitsuba said with his bright smile.

He walked past his mother and grabbed the door knob.

He turned back with a smile on his face.

"I'm going to school,Bye Mom!"Mitsuba said while opening the door and heading for school.

"When are we going to tell him?"His father walked over to his mom.

"I'll tell him once we're done with dinner"She said.

His father nodded and left for work.

Mitsuba walked in the school building,trying to find one of his best friends.

People were looking at him and whispering.Mitsuba was confused.

He spotted Nene and he quickly ran to her.

"Hey...what's up?Why are they looking at me and whispering?"Mitsuba said to her.

Nene sighed.

"Follow me,I'll tell you in private"Nene said as she walked into an empty classroom.

Both of them walked in and Nene closed the doors.

"So..there was a rumor that this kid spread..I think he was the leader of the photography club"Nene said.

Oh no...

"Anyways, apparently,he said he saw you in some random store and then you took his money and bought an orange juice.."She explained.

"...You don't believe them do you?!"Mitsuba said.

"Of course I don't!I know you wouldn't do that because you're a coward and you always have like two dollars on you!"Nene said.

"But why would he do that....?That never happened.."Mitsuba said looking down in shame.

"Then would you tell me what happened?"Nene said in curiosity.

Mitsuba nodded and explained to Nene.

"We have to put a stop to this before it gets worse!"Nene said,"I'll go tell Amane and Kou about this,You're coming with me too!"

"Um..Okay.."Mitsuba said.

Nene smiled and they both ran out of the classroom,on the search for Amane and Kou.
