Kou and Mitsuba finally arrived at the restaurant.It was a medium-sized restaurant.It was really clean and organized.
They walked in and occupied an available table.
A waitress walked up to them.She had messy ginger hair with two braids.She also had blue eyes and glasses.She pulled out a notepad and pen.
"Hello,May I take your order?"She said.
"Uh yes,I would like a Katsudon"Kou said.
She clicked her pen and strated writting down,as soon as she finished,she turned to look at Mitsuba.
"And what will you have?"She asked.
"I would like to have the same thing"Mitsuba said.
"Alright,Any drinks?"She said.
"I'll have a water"Kou said.
"I'll have a lemonade"Mitsuba said.
She wrote down in her notepad one last time.
"That'll be twenty-five dollars and ten cents"She said,walking over to the back counter.
Kou looked at his wallet,he didn't have enough,he needed five dollars.
"Hey Mitsuba,can I borrow five dollars?I promise I'll pay you back"Kou said.
Mitsuba opened his wallet and gave Kou a ten dollar bill.
"No wait I don't need that much-"
"No it's okay,just take it.And you don't need to pay me back"Mitsuba said.
The waitress came back with their order.She placed both of the Katsudons on the table.Then she placed the water on Kou's side,And the lemonade on Mitsuba's side.
"Enjoy your food!"She said with a smile.
"Hey,Do you happen to go to Kamome academy?I think I've seen you before.Aren't you the leader of the art club?Your name is Mei Shijima right?"Kou asked.
"Well yes I do happen to go there,and that is my name.You guys are Kou Minamoto and Mitsuba Sousuke.Am I correct?"She said.
"Yeah you're right.I feel like we could be good friends if we tried.All three of us,You wanna hangout next Saturday?"Kou asked.
"Sure"She smiled and walked away.
