As years passed, Haechan noticed slight changes from Yuna. He thought she finally stopped building walls around her but lately, she seems to be bothered and secretive to the lad. He was worried. Who wouldn't, right? But he couldn't find the right time to ask her and he thought that maybe it's better if Yuna will be the first one to approach him about this matter. All he can do was give her sunflowers.
"Why are you giving me sunflowers lately?" She wondered. He smiled and hugged her close.
"Because I love you." With his words, she teared up. Haechan was surprised as to why his girlfriend is crying. She felt guilty for keeping it all in for herself, felt annoyed at herself for not being enough, and felt sad for letting him worry.
That night, she told him everything she's been thinking about. Yuna opened up about how terrible it is to see her mom beaten up by his stepfather, how the bastard always threw dirty glances at her, how she became doubtful on herself again, and how stressed she was at school. Haechan enveloped his arms around Yuna, kissed her forehead and assured her that he'll always be there for her.
