You hear Josh and Nessa giggling upstairs and you just sit there wishing it was you. You and Josh have been friends for years now the day you were finale gonna confess your feelings was when he told you he was with Nessa. And your heart broke

Josh: So do I, and you know I hate it when you call me Joshy
Y/n: Ok you go first then
Josh: Ok so remember Nessa? We started talking a few months back and I finale had the balls to ask her to be my girlfriend 💛💛
Y/n: oh...Josh that's fantastic!
Josh: Yeah I'm really happy any ways what's your news?
* I couldn't just ruin everyhing for him when he got it....ughh I hate myself*
Y/n: oh nothing it was just that I thought I liked this guy and he doesn't like me back..
Josh: Well he's and idiot and it's his loss

Nessa came running down the stairs with Josh on he ass.
"HIDE ME!" Nessa screams.. I mean I love Nessa were good friends but there's a part of me that just hates her.. after I hid her in a truck ( because she's small enough to fit) Josh came running into the front room.
" Where's Nessa?" He asked. I just gave him an innocent child look. " Well I don't know" I said in a baby voice.
" Y/n, Where is she?" He said stepping towards me. I tried to flee but I'm small and short too so he caught me pretty quick and tackled me.
We laid there for a few seconds as I stared into his blue eyes...
"Josh i-"
"I know. I feel the same but I can't do this to Nessa" he cut in.
" But you belong with me." I said tears forming in my eye, and a few ran down my cheek.
He brought his hand to my cheek and wiped the tears from my face.
" Listen, I know it hurts to see me and Ness together.and I'm sorry. I like Nessa but I-" He was cut off by Nessa jumping out of the chest saying " HERE I AM!!" With the biggest smile on her face.
It was doubtful she heard our conversation because we were whispering but seeing him go over to her and hug her just hurt.
"I need to go" I said getting up.
" Ok bye love you Y/n!!" Nessa said.
Josh looked me straight in the eyes," Yeah I love you to Y/n"
"Love you Josh....and Nessa bye".
The second I walked out the pain in my chest grew heavy 😫 so I just ran to my car and cried for what seemed like hours. Then I got a text from Josh.
Josh: I've been in love with you for almost 3 years. I know the night I told you me and Nessa got together you were going to confess Avani told me. But I couldn't just abandon Nessa and I still can't I like her but my heart belongs to you. And it always will but for now we have to wait. Love you Y/n❤️
