2. Find Your Drink Party

Alex's POV
I walk into class.
Sat next to me is Charlie.

"Did you hear about the find your drink party" Charlie asked.
"I wasn't planning on going to that, what is a find your drink party anyway" Alex said.
"Find your drink before you head off to collage, like tequila, vodka , whiskey, you try them all and find which one you like, so you know" Charlie said.
"Can't you just know" Alex says.
"Yeah, I don't know I don't endorse the traditions, I'm just simply reporting the details as I get there" Charlie said.
"Then it's appreciated" Alex says.
"Thank you" Charlie replies.

Later that evening
I'm all ready for the stupid find your drink party. I don't even know why I'm going but oh well. I'm not really a party person. I arrive at the party about 30 minutes after it started.
I find a quiet little room to chill in. About 5 minutes after chilling, Charlie comes in.

"Hey you made it , what are you doing in here" Charlie said.
"I'm hiding, not really sure why I came" Alex says.
"Yeah I hear you" Charlie said.
"Do you want a cookie" Charlie asked.
"You seriously brought cookies to a find your drink party" Alex says.
"Well these are special cookies" Charlie said.
"Oh shit, I didn't know you were a stoner" Alex said.
"I prefer the term cannabiseur" Charlie said.
"These are actually really good cookies and they don't stink, your like a baker or something" Alex said.
"I had to learn how, my mom died when I was 13, so me and my dad had to figure it out" Charlie said.
"Oh shit I'm sorry" Alex said.
"I actually learned how to make these, to help my mom through chemo" Charlie said.
"Man , Charlie I'm so sorry" Alex replies.
"Yeah, no it's fine, I mean it's not fine, it's fine that it's not fine, if that makes sense" Charlie says.
"Yeah I wish I could be fine with not being fine" Alex says.
"You will be someday" Charlie said.
"Wow you and me do not know how to party" Alex said.
Charlie laughs.
"Or do we, and everyone else has it wrong" Charlie said.
"I need another cookie" Alex says.
"Oh erm I'd give it a minute" Charlie replies.
"Ok" Alex said.
Charlie laughs.

A while later

"Also in addition, I am extremely high right now" Alex said.
"I told you not to eat a second cookie" Charlie said.
"I beseed you" Charlie said.
"I think you mean beseech" Alex said.
"Correct" Charlie replied.
"Wait why is this on, it's not even Christmas" Alex said looking at the old movie on the tv.
"Dude it's been on since I got here, you chose it" Charlie said.
"I chose it , no that doesn't seem like me to make a choice" Alex said.
"Nevertheless chose you did" Charlie said.
"You sounded like Yoda just now" Alex replies.
"What if I was Yoda, and you didn't know it" Charlie said.
"I think I'd know I mean you'd be green and it's a puppet" Alex replies.
"I am nobody's puppet" Charlie replied.
"Nope you are not, you are Charlie" Alex said.
"I am Charlie" he replied.
"Yep , Charles" Alex said.
"Charles Hayden Brixton St.George" Charlie replies.
"Shut up, no that is not your name" Alex said.
"Shit you not I, my name it is" Charlie said.
"You're rich" Alex asked.
"Nah, just old school WASP, no money, nice antiques" Charlie said.
"You look rich" Alex said.
"Thank you , or shut up" Charlie said.
Alex laughs.
"Your welcome" Alex said.
"Do you really think it's a wonderful life" Alex asks.
"Yeah" Charlie replies.
