We all broke off into our groups. The Civil War puppets went off, as well as Columbus and the cave men, and not to mention, the miniatures. Dad, Ahkmenrah, Nicky, and I scoped the whole bottom floor.
"Dad. You and Nicky stay here. I'll take Ahkmenrah up to the top floor," I said, making my way to the stairwell. Dad hesitated before nodding.

"Do you have any idea where they could be?" I asked, nervously. He shook his head.
"Oh, um.. By the way," I turned to him,"I'm a huge fan. We're learning about you in history class. You were a great ruler. You should totally help me study sometime."
He nodded, "It would be an honor, my dear."
I smiled. But, before we could take the conversation any further, Dad raced up the stairs with Nicky.
"Find anything?" He asked, stepping between me and Ahkmenrah. I rolled my eyes and shook my head.
It seemed as though they finished scoping out the first floor, because they joined the handsome Pharaoh and I on our mission. We approached the hall of miniatures when we spotted the short man and the man with the cane all tied up. The civil war guys and some miniatures teamed up. The Neanderthals and Columbus were there, too.
"Great work, guys!" Dad shouted, "Great teamwork."
We ran through the museum to check on Jed and Octavius. When we reached the loading dock, the van was gone.
"They've vanished," said Ahkmenrah, "How will we find them?"
We all looked at Dad. He thought for a second before a lightbulb went off, "I know someone who can help. Come on!"
Everyone was doing their part when we entered the museum again. Dad lead us through the entire bottom floor before we reached the Early American exhibit. In her cage was the beautiful Sacagawea. She was pacing as Lewis and Clark argued in the opposite corner.
"Watch out!" Dad took a cannon ball and smashed it into the glass that secluded her. "Hey, Sacagawea" he greeted her, "Listen, I need a favor. Somebody stole his tablet. Do you think you could track the guys who took it?"
