"So who's Nelson?"
"What?", I asked again thinking I misheard.
"I think you heard me.", he said frowning looking down at me.
"He's my ex-boyfriend."
He looked at me up and down.
"You have had boyfriends before? How? You're so ugly."
"Yes. And he's very handsome!", I said.
"There's no way a guy named Nelson is handsome."
"Well, he is, even more than-".
He dropped his backpack and grabbed my jaw, squeezing my lips. He pulled my face upwards to see his serious and intimidating face he has.
He continued to pull my face upwards until I yelped because it hurt.
He walked close to me until our bodies were touching.
He looked down at me until our faces were almost touching.
"You were saying?", he asked.
I frowned and tried to speak.
""Hrrrts" (hurts)
He glared at me and slowly separate his fingers so he could also reach my neck in the same grip.
I immediately grabbed his hands with mine trying to stop him.
He slowly started putting force in the grip around my neck.
"It hurts.", I said desperately grabbing the sleeves of his denim jacket with my bare nails.
I closed my eyes feeling my face got hotter and heavier.
I reached for his face and pulled his hair with force.
"St... Stop...", I struggled to say.
At this point, I was on my tiptoes.
His dark eyes started to look blurry and confusing.
He suddenly stopped choking me and I took a deep breath and coughed.
I grabbed my neck and felt veins popping around it.
He picked his backpack up and sighed.
"Don't try me, Paulette. It won't end well."
I took another deep breath and ran out of that lonely street as fast as I could.
