It's been a couple of days since Nancy and Steve had arrived. Nancy felt somewhat comfortable every time she was near Kate. Nancy truly trusted her more than anyone else, they are very close friends. Meg could see that, but she didn't say anything to them she just kept it to herself. Kate also trusted Nancy more than Meg but she can't just abandon Meg for a newcomer. Kate thought it was wrong to do that to someone who has been by her side for a very long time.
Nancy was sent off into her very first trail, what she didn't know at first was who or what was with her. Soon after Nancy's heartbeat started to pick up its pace, indicating that the killer was near her. She ran into a locker hoping that the killer won't look in at her. She saw Kate run by her locker, she decided to get out and catch up to her. When Nancy reached Kate the killer saw them. Kate yelled "Run!" Nancy was scared she started to cry but she kept running keeping up with Kate. Kate pulled Nancy into a room and told her to keep quiet. Nancy tried to scream but Kate put her hands over her mouth so that the killer didn't hear them. Kate looked sorry for her. "It's almost over one more generator left." Kate explained. Nancy nodded "I can do this." she said determined.
