Luna woke up in shock as she looked around the room.

"Somebody please help me!" Luna whimpered out loud.

She looked at her arms and saw all of the needles that were poked inside her. She was basically attached to a machine.

A doctor entered her room and tried to calm her down, "Luna... you're okay."

"What happened? Why am I here?" Luna asked frantically as she sat up in her hospital bed.

"You had passed out in the middle of town, you were brought here by the locals," The doctor replied as he stood over her bed.

"No, I'm asking why I passed out..." Luna replied as she caught her breath.

"Ms. Genovese, your system had lack of sleep, rest, and water. You were out in the sun for quite sometime, it's normal. Don't panic too much," The doctor forced a smile on his face.

"Did you guys figure out the pain in my stomach? I'm pregnant and I just need to make sure my baby is okay," Luna panted as she waited for a response.

The doctor stood in one place as he looked down at his hands, he didn't know how to break the news to her.

"Doctor, I asked you a question. Is my baby fine?" Luna asked once more, this time her patience was wearing thin.

Still, no response to her question.

However, something in the corner of her eye caught her attention. It was a bag of her belongings, her clothes, bag, shoes, and jewelry.

One of her clothing pieces looked a little odd, her cherry, white dress was covered with blood.

"What the fuck happened! Why is there blood all over my dress!" Luna yelled in agony, she wanted an answer. She wanted it now.

"Please, Ms. Genovese. Please calm down..." The doctor pleaded.

"I'm not gonna fucking calm down, what happened to my baby and why is there blood all over my dress?" Luna yelled in anger as tears started to form in her eyes.

Instead of letting them out, she held it in. No matter how mad she was, she didn't want to show no sign of weakness.

"I'm sorry Ms. Genovese, but you had a miscarriage..." The doctor finally revealed the so called "secret."

Luna's anger started to get swallowed up by feelings of sadness.

"It can't be, I'm healthy," Luna softly whimpered as she spoke.

"The amount of stress you have put on yourself and lack of rest and self- care, unfortunately interfered with your pregnancy..." The doctor continued.

Luna thought back to Massimo, she didn't even dare to blame him but herself. If she had left Massimo early on and took care of herself, she could've saved her baby. But it was too late.

"This is my fault," Luna said as her eyes focused on a spot on the bed.

"Of course this isn't your fault Ms. Genovese, you're a busy woman..." The doctor proceeded to talk.

"No, you don't understand, this is all my fault. It was my fault the first time, and now, I made the same mistake again," Luna was on the verge of crying.

"Ms. Genovese, you must be talking nonsense because we don't have any records of you having any previous miscarriages," The doctor looked at her with a concerned look on his face.

Luna caught herself before slipping up and exposing her "perfect" life.

'You're right, sorry. I'm just a little tired right now and I'm just talking nonsense..." Luna laid back down and she turned her body to face the wall.
