Chapter twenty nine

You kissed. You both sit there awkwardly as you stared at the ground. "I'm sorry.." Daniel whispered breaking the silence. "Don't be sorry." You say back. Did he regret the kiss? Was it only a mistake? "Let's just pretend it didn't happen." You mumble as you stand up. You feel Daniel grab your arm. "I don't want to forget that it happened. I don't know how you feel about me but I know how I feel. I really like you Y/N. And not just as friends. I love everything about you and I love being with you and it kills me that you only see me as a friend. I want to be able to take you out on dates and ask you to be my girlfriend." He says as he awaits your reaction.

You stand there in shock. Daniel likes you! "It's okay if you don't feel the same way I just needed to tell you." Daniel says. You shake your head and look up at him. "I really like you too. And not just as friends. I wanna be with you too. I love everything about you. You make me happy and I've never met anybody like you." You say causing you both to smile. Daniel leans in and kisses you again. This time you both don't hold back as your lips move against each other. "Corbyn thinks that Bowser would beat Zelda in a match but I don't and no one will agree with me!" Zach yells as he barges into your room.

"Holy shit!" Zach yells. You quickly pull away from Daniel. "Have you heard of knocking?" Daniel asked him sharply. "So are you two dating? I called it!" Zach yelled. You rolled your eyes as Daniel wrapped his arm around you. "Why in the world would Zelda beat bowser!" Corbyn screamed as he entered the room. He looked at Zach's face and saw how shocked he was. "What happened? Did Y/N and Daniel agree with me?" Corbyn said with a smirk. "No they were kissing and they are in love!" Zach yelled. Corbyns face immediately fell. "Oh." He mumbled. "See you later Zach." He mumbled as he turned around and left.

"What was that about?" You asked Zach. "I told you Corbyn liked you." Zach replied. "But I like Daniel." You say causing Daniel to smile again. "Don't worry about Corbyn he will be fine. But I really like you and I wanted to ask you if you be my girlfriend?" Daniel asks you. "Yes I really like you too but you should talk to Corbyn. He's your friend and he seemed upset." You say as Daniel nods. "Oh my gosh I have to tell jack!" Zach screamed as he ran down the stairs. "That boy needs help." Daniel mumbled as he followed after him. You were now alone in your room. You touched your lips and remembered the feeling of Daniels against yours. Daniel likes you. You squeal and jump up and down. But would Corbyn still want to be your friend after you basically broke his heart?
