I took a deep breath "Okay so I'm just going to rip the band aid off." he looked at me with anticipation and confusion. "I'm pregnant."
Narraor's POV
Kakashi literally jump up in happiness and took Tsunami into a bear crushing hug then stopped when he realized that it could hurt the baby and let her go. She couldn't help but laugh at her husband's behavior. She was only 4 weeks along which is means 8 more months of morning sickness, headaches, getting fat,and have a huge appetite, but it is all worth it in the end. They soon fell asleep in each other's arms.
Kakashi's POV
She is pregnant with my child this is amazing I love her so much, I can't really think about her leaving right now.

"Kakashi Senesi It's Onee-chan she's delivering the baby! She just got here but she barely made it to the gate. Tsunade is treating her we have to hurry!" As soon as Neji said that Tsunami was in the hospital I ran so fast he really didn't have the chance to finish talking. I had to get to her a fast as I could once I reached the hospital she was going into labor which meant I was just in time.
"Sorry I'm late." I said walking to her side both her and Tsunade shot me a 'it's about damn time' look. Once she started pushing I felt like she broke my hand but then something happened.
"Kakashi we need you to leave the room. RIGHT NOW KAKASHI!" Tsunade yelled at me so exited the room and then other nurses came rushing in the room. Something is wrong I ran to the door and looked through the window until they covered it up. I couldn't sit still i really didn't want to just sit here and not do nothing but they are preventing me.
10 minutes later Neji came running in "Kakashi is onee-chan out of labor what is going on?" he said really worried i really don't blame him I'm worried myself.
"I actually have no idea what is going I was removed from the room Neji. And I am really restless right now." Then Tsunade came out of the room.
"Kakashi can I speak to you for a moment." she asked me and I nodded and followed her away from Neji. "Kakashi I have some news, you are the father of a healthy baby boy." she said I was relieved."But, Tsunami she slipped into a coma because she was injured badly once she arrived so she was in critical pain, which led to some complications during the delivery. You can see her in 10 minutes."
Neji walked towards me to ask what happened but he didn't say a word when he saw the tears started to fall from my face. "Kakashi you can see her now." I walked into her room I couldn't help but cry seeing her in a coma.
Tsunami's POV
Where am I? I was in a white room all alone. "Hey Nami." said a voice I haven't heard in so long I started to cry. "Shisui." i cried running towards him hugging him so tight I didn't want to let go. He stroked my hair while hugging me. "Shisui where am I how are you here where's Kakashi and my son?" I asked him.
"Nami you are in a coma this is were you decide if your time is up or if you should stay on earth." once he said that I was in shock. How do I decide if I should stay with Kakashi and my son or stay with Shisui. "Nami I know you probably can't make a decision right now so I will take you to see Sasuke, Naruto, Obito, Neji, Kakashi, and your son." he said with that contagious smile.
He took my hand and we soon saw Sasuke with Orochimaru. "Sasuke is here to get power to kill Itachi." I couldn't believe my eyes, Sasuke is angry and he is determined to kill Itachi no matter what. "Can we move on please?" "Of course Nami."
We saw Naruto with Jiraya training hard I couldn't be more happier to see him train with Jiraya.
Next we moved to see Obito but i only saw Akatsuki base. "Shisui why are we here I thought we were going to see Obito?" "He is here Nami." "As who I was here for a while and I never seen him before." "He is Tobi." "What?" how can Obito be that annoying childish guy. Once Obito got into his room and he took off his mask to reveal his true identity. I could help but understand what Shisui is feeling right now.
We saw Neji at the hospital looking at my son,Ken. "Kakashi named him?" you asked Shisui with a smile on my face. He nodded then Tsunade told Neji the news and his heart dropped but he didn't show it he thanked her and stared at the baby. He started to say something "Hey Ken you're mom is in a coma right now but I really hope she is okay. Honestly I never really had a good mother and my father was the one who raised me right and I was happy that he was in my life. See you have an awesome mother and a great dad. Also I'm your uncle you have more but they aren't here at the time." I started to cry Neji gave me the reason to stay on earth and awake from my coma.
We went to see Kakashi he was sitting next to me holding my hand crying pleading begging me to wake up. "Shisui I have to go" "I know Nami I'm glad you choose that because you have people who need you more than I do." He kissed my forehead and I left Shisui. I woke up "Kakashi" he shot up form his seat and got the nurse and once I was cleared he kissed me and told me everything I saw.
Tsunade brought me Ken as I cradled him Kakashi hugged me. "I love you Nami."
"I love you too."
