Quirk: Rumor
if the user starts a sentence with the phrase "i heard a rumor" reality will warp to make the phrase true.
Quirk benefits include resistance to suggestion quirks but not brainwashing
drawbacks: rumor is very powerful but can lead to: headaches, body fatigue, mental exhaustion and sore throat. if the user cannot clearly speak (damage to vocal cords) the quirk will not work (sore throat will render the quirk immobile). no one can use their quirk if their mind or body is too exhausted.
Anyone whose body can perceive/comprehend vibrations will be affected by the quirk(deaf people too)
weaknesses: throat problems, quirk disabling technology, quirk cancellation (eraserhead/eri), really potent noise canceling headphones( industrial strength that somehow blocks all vibrations, brainwashing)
