"Waheed! Are you sure we'll have a place to stay?" Hassan turned off the phone, put it in his pocket and asked.
"Yeah man I'm sure. You see, the people here are very kind. Someone will give us a place in their house without any hassle." He told Hassan in detail.
They had left the paved road far behind. Green fields swaying along the dirt roads, yellow mustard flowers and empty plants. In one and a half places, they even saw peacocks. The sun's orange rays made the atmosphere even more enchanting. The recent rain had filled small and big drains. When did they see such a scene, so now they were enjoying this beautiful scene. They had even taken photos in two or three places.
"Buddy, my heart wants us to continue traveling like this" Hassan's eyes were wandering on the beautiful landscapes of nature.
"Take my phone. Make a good picture of every scene" Waheed pointed to his phone.
"OK" he picked up Waheed's phone from the dashboard.
"Hey Hassan! See what a beautiful scene" He turned to Hassan. Also applied the car brakes.
A clear stream of water flowing orange from the sunlight, a small boat floating in the water and birds flying in the orange sky.
He got out of the car in a daze.
"Come on dude! Have a selfie." Hassan dragged him to his side and the next moment the photo was uploaded on Facebook with evening selfie status.
The shadows of evening were getting darker. Their journey had begun again. Shortly afterwards, his black duster stood in this small village. They had not yet been able to went out as many children surrounded their car. Many heads were found on the roofs of houses. He looked at Hassan miserably.
"Dude, maybe we've come to someone's wedding by mistake." He laughed helplessly at Hassan's mischief. For a while, he watched the children helplessly. Finally, tired, Waheed started the car again and the children were scattered. After going some distance, he stopped the car in a relatively deserted place.
"Get down or the cricket team will come again" he said and Hassan came out smiling.
The darkness of the evening had not yet spread, but the silence was as if it were midnight. They were both wondering in which house they should try their luck when suddenly a sound of running footsteps dragged their attention. That sound also included a melodious  sound of anklets. The strong wind took the form of a storm. The books clung to her chest, she was rubbing his eyes with the help of one hand while looking at her back. In an instant, waheed realized something was wrong. She had stopped a short distance away, but she had not yet seen them. The strong wind had scattered her hair. The scarf was draped over his head and over his shoulders. She was looking back with frightened sight.
"Dude, it looks like something went wrong" Hassan whispered, of course, but his voice easily reached her in this senate, when she was scared.
"who ... who is it?" Fear was evident in the beautiful voice.
She could not see them because they were standing behind the car. He cast an angry glance at Hassan, grabbed his hand and stood in front of her.
"Was it scary to go alone?" Hassan elbowed but he ignored.
"what happened?" He looked intently at her, who had covered her face with her scarf. Only the eyes were visible. The dazzling black eyes were turning red due to the sharp rubbing. He turned away his sight. She was bewildered to see him like that.
"Yes?" She widened her big eyes even more.
"Is there a parable, madam?" Hassan stared at Waheed and then addressed her.
"Yeah..no..no ....... nothing" she paused for a moment to normalize herself.
"She was following me" she wiped the sweat from her forehead.
"Mmm ... should I go?" She saw Hassan standing silently then stepped forward.
"So have you gone into meditation?" As soon as she left, Hassan shook him.
"Ah..yes!" It was as if he had just woken up.
"Oh ... son, is everything alright? Didn't Cupid stand up to you somewhere?" He pursed his lips mischievously.
"Don't talk silly. I was thinking about something else" He was staring at one point.
"Okay... I got it. I got it" he said immediately.
"Got it?" Waheed stared at Hassan.
"Now you're waiting for the one behind him" Hassan said, deliberately standing at a distance from him and if not right, his heavy hand would have left a mark on his back.
"Listen! The evening is getting dark and we have to find a place to stay. Before the wind tunrs into heavy rain and..." he turned back.
"Oh, she's gone too far. Hurry up Hassan! We need her help" He almost ran after her without waiting for hassan but as soon as he got there, he realized that she was not alone.
"Too late noor?" Someone was asking her. Before she could say anything, the opponent's eyes fell on him.
"Yeah... you?" Zeb looked at him with questioning eyes. Noor's eyes also turned towards him.
"I am called Waheed. Waheed Ikram! We are strangers here."
"We...? Is there anyone with you?" Instead of saying anything to his question, he turned to Hassan coming in a daze And when he returned to Zeb again, she was gone.
"I'm zeb. You can stay in our house if you think it's appropriate. We'll be very happy" he said with a friendly smile.
And like a blind man who wants only two eyes, they followed him.

"Noor! Give me a candle over there" Zeb called out as he entered the house and led them to the cot on one side of the raw yard.
It was a small mud courtyard house with two rooms on one side, a kitchen, a washroom, a bathroom, and on the other side was a courtyard with rose bushes in beds a short distance from the handpipe in the corner. Red, yellow, pink. A room was also visible upstairs.
It wasn't long before a 14-year-old boy came out with a jug of water and a glass. She was also behind him. Waheed's eyes glanced at her helplessly. Her complexion was shining brighter in the black scarf. In the shadow of the candlelight, it was as if rays were shining from his face. He looked at noor in amazement.
"Ahh!" The sudden pressure on his back pushed him back into the world of consciousness. He staggered to Hassan and turned to Zeb, who was waiting for him to pass the glass of water. Waheed put the glass to his lips and tried to find noor, but she was gone. Eventually, he became frustrated and turned his attention to Zeb and his attention too.

"Aapi! Give me breakfast, I'm late." Tayyab hurriedly put his shoes on his feet.
"Oops! I'm giving it. Taya Jan has also made a noise for breakfast." With downcast eyes he looked in the direction of the voice and saw the black scarf of noor in the kitchen.
"Noor! Bring it now. Your uncle has to get out quickly." Another voice came. He gave up trying to get up and closed his eyes again. Hassan's snoring was on the rise and Zeb had probably gone somewhere. At once he looked down again. She was filling water from a hand pipe in front of him. Black scarf was rolled around her glowing face. Orange rays of the sun made her even more fascinating. Her hand holding a steel jug whose light pink nails attracted him badly. He remembered the nails of the girls in his family circle who did not always look so beautiful despite being decorated with cuticles. Her wandering eyes fell on the roses in the beds and then stopped. It was as if there was not much difference between these roses and noor. At that moment, the thought came to him and he quickly closed his eyes which were wide open in disbelief.
"If you are awake, wash your hands and face. I will bring breakfast." As soon as Noor's voice reached his ears, the sound of his artificial snoring started echoing. Noor standing nearby widened her eyes and saw him who was waking up some time ago and now he is asleep so fast? Maybe she was just thinking a little more about the fact that someone had called her from inside and she moved on. After she left, he wiped his hands on the fly that had been disturbing his artificial snoring for so long. Then he looked around and saw hassan. He sat up in shock.
"So when did you get up, man?" He saw Hassan smiling and staring at him for a long time.
"So you're acting too weird after we came here?" Hassan said still staring at him.
"Oh!" He sniffed and rolled his hand through his hair. That is, Hassan had seen everything that had happened some time ago.
"I'm so hungry" he said, reaching for the hand pipe. Hassan gave him another long stare. Waheed laughed and started washing his face.
