"You!" His voice was so loud that the people around him also became interested.
"What are you doing here?" There was intense anger in his eyes.
"Wonderful. Do you know Noor aapi, uncle?" Taban looked at Waheed in surprise.
"Very well. Tell me, what have you come here to do? Revenge me? My house is already ruined because of you. What else do you want now?" He approached her and shouted. Noor unconsciously took a step back while Taban stood up. At the same time, Tayyab also stood up and was now looking at Noor with astonished eyes.
"What are you saying, uncle? I have called Noor Aapi. She teaches in my school"
"Shut up Taban! Let me talk to this unfaithful man" Flames were burning in his eyes. Noor blinked her eyelids quickly and pushed the tears back in.
"Waheed, what are you saying?" Mashal moved forward anxiously but then as soon as she saw noor, she stood still. Maybe she recognized her.
"Shut up son! Why are you adding more grief to my daughter's life?" A familiar voice came from behind and she looked back. It was Tai. She had a hard time recognizing them. Tai was already very weak. Maybe Waheed could not recognize Tayyab's family because of this, but noor was not with them. He was invited by Taban.
"That's right. She deserves it. She's not ashamed to run away from the village. Who knows which flower is blooming here" Time also fails to change some people. Shehla was one of them. Taban looked helplessly at her future in-laws.
"Shut up, all of you! There is a limit to atrocities. The servant shows a little bit of humanity. There is nothing wrong with Noor. She has the right to live. I know everything" Madam Ruqaiyah stepped forward to stand with her. Taban was already standing holding Noor's hand.
"Well, which old friend's house is she living in here? Tell me today because living in the city is not so easy"
"Please be quiet. I am taking care of you but if you say more I will not be able to do it even if I want to. Tayyab! She is my ma'am. The same one who stopped me from going to the village with you" Taban felt that she no longer can tolerate shehla's words so she spoke up.
"She is my sis, Tabi" Tayyab's tone was extremely sad. The same sadness that used to occur in Zeb's tone while mentioning her. The Senate was overwhelmed for a moment by Taban's words. Then Waheed's lips moved.
"So why hasn't she gotten married yet?"
"Because I am associated with hasan" those were words or bombs? Everyone stood still. Even hassan, who had just arrived, was stunned. There was a wave of happiness on Madame Ruqaiyah's face while Waheed ... a bitter smile appeared on his lips.
"Oh, that's it. I already knew that you are again over something new and….….…."
"Shut up!" The one who was silent from the beginning finally spoke.
"Don't say a word further. I am not obliged to cleanse it but let me tell you that there has never been anything between Hassan and me. This is Madame Ruqaiyah, Hassan's mother and for me too she has proved to be no less than a mother. I found each relationship that I had lost long ago. This is her wish and when I did not even know about whom she actually talking about and Before accusing me of disloyalty, think for yourself, Waheed Ikram! Did you leave me on the way or did I run away? Did you prove to be a coward or me?" She took a look at Waheed standing still and came down from the stage. Mashaal also returned with a feeling of gratitude. She did not have the courage to thank her. She herself had saved her daughter's happiness by standing alone in the middle of the road. How could she be thankful?
Taban saw the strong woman who stood firm even when the mountain fell on her. She slowly sat down again. Waheed looked at Hassan who was following Noor. Then he left the stage and walked inwards. Time had rewarded him for his infidelity. Kainaz had left him and the court had also handed over their son, Ali. What's more, the naughty girl he had never forgotten. He was still in love with her.
Tayi glanced at Shehla. She was responsible for the destruction of their home. Because of her, Zeb left them all and moved abroad. Taya had been ill since he left. The money from the lands would have been spent on Tayyab's education. Shehla did not have any guts to help run the house. She could barely make ends meet by sewing day and night, and Shehla would mourn in a closed room all day. Whether it was mourning or going to break the relationship of the brothers she was dying for. Well, Tai's mistake was no less but blaming others seems easier to man. She was aware of her mistakes but could not fully accept them due to fear of conscience.
"Noor" At Hassan's call she looked back. He was almost running after her.
"Didn't my mother tell the good news?" He inquired at the very moment.
"Because she have just heard" she said clenching her lips with her teeth and stopping the smile on her face.
"Do you mean ...?" He looked at her in surprise.
"Nope. I asked for time to think. I had no reason to refuse but it seemed a little difficult to believe. But when I found out that she was talking to no one else but you the decision was made immediately. Because you are the only man in the world I can trust with my eyes closed" Noor smiled and looked at his happy glowing face.
"Hey! Are these words pure for me?" His lost cheerfulness was back.
"No, it's for the neighbours" she laughed heartily after a long time.
"Oh Allah! Your laughter is more beautiful than your smile" Hassan looked at her beautiful face carefully which was the first desire of his heart. She turned her face away as she was blushing.
"I want to tell you something today. The blow of love fell on me at the time when fell on waheed but I could not express it and Waheed did it. Then I came back from there quickly. I did not betray my dear friend. I could not take you out of my heart. Then even after this move of Waheed I could not say anything to you because I knew that it would be very difficult for you to trust any man after this accident. I was afraid of being rejected. The day I left you was my flight to the United States. I shifted to the United States and shifted my mothet to school to alleviate my mother's loneliness. But now we will be together because I I know that your name is written with my name and no one can take away what is written in our destiny" The twinkling stars in his eyes were announcing his happiness. Noor also felt the light of these stars falling in her eyes. Often love is the light that shines both inside and outside of us. Noor-ul-Ain's love for Hassan was as much as his love for her but she will confess this love only when Hassan is formally written with her name.
***********************
She set aside the curtains on the windows and opened them. The sun was about to rise from behind the distant mountains. It was the most beautiful morning of her life. Nature had given het everything. A loving mother-in-law, a deeply loving husband who was sleeping after selling all his donkeys and horses. She turned her head and looked at Hassan. A loving smile appeared on her lips involuntarily. Hassan gave her everything she had always wanted.
Tai and Taya Jan used to visit them often. Through Taban, she found out that Waheed regrets what he did and often missed her. However, Waheed also loved her. The only thing was that one of the men who came into Noor's life was a coward and the other was forced! The third was neither cowardly nor compelled or perhaps his prayers had the greatest power. She leaned closer to him. Seeing her handsome face, her lips moved involuntarily.
