“Liv! Oh my god, I don't even know any other way to wake her up,”
“Neither do I. Is she dead or something?”
“I don't think so because sometimes she responds to us with a groan,”
“Okay, so she's not dead.”
That's pretty much what I heard right in front of me. Mom and Rafe struggling waking me up. Seriously, they are so weird. I'm just gonna take five more minutes sleep. I know if I say something or get up they won't let me lay on my bed again so I decided to pretend not hearing them.
“Liv, if you're not gonna get up and say a word then unfortunately I have to go home. I'm not staying here to make you become a rebel again,” I heard Rafe said.
“Yeah, great. Just leave me. I want a peaceful sleep.” I mumbled, still burying my face on the pillow.
“Okay, that's it you little shit!” That's the last thing I heard until something heavy lay on my back.
“People said that having someone massaging you until you fall asleep is one of the best feeling ever. So I'm about to proof their words right now.” Rafe said. Apparently it's him sitting on me.
Jesus, I can't breathe. Oh my god.
“Ra-rafe! Enou-uhuk! Fine I'll wa-wake, uhuk!” I begged and coughed really hard. Seriously, he is a psychopath.
He finally stood back up and pulled my wrist. I quickly got up from the bed before he tries to sit on me again.
“I'm awake, fully awake. Please don't ever try to kill me that way again,” I said while trying to catch some breathe.
“Nice work, bud. I think you should stay here more often,” Mom smiled, patting Rafe's shoulder.
“Seriously, Mom? Your daughter were almost killed! You can't thank him like that!” I spat.
Rafe is such a bad influenece.
“He was helping me bringing you back from the death. I thought you were dead, since you didn't give any response.” Mom said.
“I groaned!”
“Zombies groan too, but are they alive? I guess not.” Mom shrugged, making her way to my door. “It's almost eight, go to shower!” She said as she finally left my room.
I glared at Rafe. “What the fuck?!”
“What?” He frowned, looking totally innocent.
“I was just gonna get a little more sleep! Why were you sitting on me?!” I protested, arms across my chest.
“Because I know you won't wake up, and you're gonna be late. Just go change, I'm driving you to school.” He said as he lay back on my bed. “I'll wait here.”
“You asshole!” I throwed a pillow to his face. “This is all your fault. If you weren't being weird and extremely curious, I'll be awake since an hour ago!”
“I wasn't weird and extremely curious, okay? Now go change.” He pointed my closet with his chin, his eyes on the phone.
My phone. Stalking Milo's instagram.
Oh god.
“You- ugh. You're lucky I'm almost late, or I'll punch you in the face!”
I stomped to my closet.
“Do you think I should wear something cute to impress Milo?” I asked, looking through my croptees and short skirts.
“You're cute all the time actually, so I don't really know what to answer.”
