8 The Heated Battle

Atmosphere that is surrounding them is quite unpleasant. Prince Camio is smiling widely after he took Y/N in his arms. 

Y/N is pretty much unconscious without realizing how badly the situations are. 

The twin brothers; fully equipped with battle gears,  stepped forward to guard their prince. The older brother is called Erwin and the younger brother is called Levi. Both of them are standing in their battle stance after drawing dual swords from their sheath. 

The swords were made from mythril and being decorated with magical gemstones. 

Erwin's dual swords got shiny greenish peridot gemstones; while Levi's swords got embedded with a single gemstone that is as big as an eye; fiery red ruby. It is a very mesmerizing gemstone for anyone to see.  An eye catching swords for a stunning and muscular twins.

Their battle gears are quite lavish too,  especially their armors which were made from gold and mythril.  Their aura is very densed.

Maya made her first move by commanding her dark creatures to dig their claws into the twins' flesh.  Maya didn't bat her eyes,  not even for a second is being wasted.  She observed them like a hungry tiger keeping its eyes to the preys. 

The dark creatures' eyes are reflecting lights from the chamber.

The twins that were attacked by her creatures melted on the floor and turned into green liquids.  Then, the green liquids evaporated in the air. It is a mirage; illusion that was created by Erwin's magic skill to confuse his enemies.

The creatures growled and begin to melt as well. It seems like the clones of the twins that melted into green liquids were no ordinary clones and mirage but these green liquids are deadly poisonous and can instantly kill anyone who touch it before evaporating in the air. 

Half of Maya's dark creatures were being melted. Maya felt intense anger for being treated like a fool by Erwin.  She disgusts his magic the most in the kingdom.  For her,  its just a magic from a coward who is afraid to fight directly.  She hissed and bites her lips. It seems like any direct combat is useless to fight against Erwin's magic. 

Alicia steps forward and begins summoning magic seal under her feet.
She is chanting her spell ;
"Goddess of wind and ice, 
Thou art here,
Give me power, 
And thee shall own her soul".

After she is chanting her spell,  the winds appear under her feet and made her floats.  Her eyes turned white and her dark scythe turned into ice type weapon that resembles her old scythe.

She used her wind spell and slash her scythe to the twins' direction.  His mirage didn't work since it was a long range attack from Alicia.  They had to jump and avoid her slashing magic wind.  Alicia is a perfect opponent to counter Erwin.

While they are busy engaging battle inside the chamber,  Prince Camio is kneeling down on his feet so he can take a closer look to Y/N's face more clearly.  He gently touches her cheeks and put his nose on her neck.  He can feel her blood through her veins. He can hear the sound of her beating heart.

He wants to consume her right now,  right at this moment. Her blood smells so good and different than any human preys that he ever tasted for the past century. 

He wants her right now. 
He wants her to be under his possession. 
He wants her blood so much. 
She drives him crazy.

Prince Camio can no longer resist.  He opens his mouth and sank his fangs on her soft neck.  His fangs pierced through her veins. Her blood is spilling in his mouth and he  sucks her blood vigorously; directly from her neck. 

Y/N is still unconscious in his arms. She feels cold and pain around her neck.  The pain is throbbing and her blood is being sucked. 

The pain made Y/N  slowly opens her eyes and the first thing she saw is a silver white hair man; Prince Camio.

She's being hugged tightly by Prince Camio.  She feels weak. Her voice is almost unheard.  She's scared and she feels hurt.  She softly speaks with her weak voice to prince Camio,  "Please let me go". 

But he didn't listen to her.  His predator instinct took over him. Her blood somehow made him feels more powerful than before.  He can feel his strength is increasing. 

Right about then, the door was being  slammed and forced open by Prince Dantalion who's full of rage.  He couldn't believe his eyes. 

He saw his cousin is devouring his most precious subject.  He couldn't believe what he just saw. Y/N looks pale and she's too weak to move.

Prince Camio almost drank her dry and turns her into a freezing corpse.
