▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Kun enters his classroom and looks around, seeing not many people has come yet since it is still early.
However, he did notice a familiar face in the spacious classroom and that is Xiao Sona sitting alone on the highest table.
He makes his way towards her and him getting closer to her does not go unnoticed by Sona but she decided to ignore him.
As long as he doesn't bother or talk to her than she's okay with it.
He sits down near her, fighting the urge to talk to her but remembers what Xiaojun told him about her, he shakes that urge away.
The room starts to get full of students by the minute and some of them even starts to whisper about Kun being close to Sona, especially the two boys who has decided to sit in front of them.
"Is that guy new? He has some audacity to sit beside Xiao Sona." One guy said and this made Kun bite his lip, considering about changing his seat.
"He looks new, so he probably doesn't know about Sona and her hatred for people. I don't even know why she's popular." The second guy said.
Kum starts to feel annoyed by their words, talking bad about other people when they can clearly hear you is shameless and rude.
Kun looks at Sona to check if she has any signs of hurt feelings but she looks unbothered instead and she looks to be sleeping.
"He's probably trash." Was something Sona heard but Kun didn't.
Sona opens her eyes, grabbing her water bottle before twisting the lid. She then leans forward her desk, turning her water bottle upside down.
The water falling out of its bottle and make the two boys wet. Kun's eyes widen as the two boys stands up, looking at Sona, anger clearly written on their faces.
"Why you-"
"Shameless." She says, her cold voice having a threatening tone to it, giving the two boys chills before they run out of the classroom to get changed.
Kun looks around the classroom, seeing students who were just minding their own business, acting like nothing happened. He starts to get confused and looks at Sona for an explanation.
Instead, he got nothing from her.
"Is this normal here?" He mumbles, looking at his notebook.
"Get used to it." He heard Sona say before closing her eyes, redeeming herself once again after that.
She opens her eyes once she heard the professor greeting the students. She keeps her eyes on the board, trying to get as much as she can in her mind.
"I see we have a new student here." The professor speaks up, his eyes landing on Kun and who looked surprised.
"Qian Kun, is it? Since you're new, you need some catching up. Sona can help you with that, are you okay with helping the new student?" The professor asks Sona,
Kun looks at Sona, expecting her to reject the request but was surprised once again when she nodded, agreeing with it.
The professor smiles, going back to the lesson and Kun starts to list down the lesson. He spots a notebook moving closer to his.
He turns his head, seeing Sona lending him her notes while she reads on her book. She isn't even looking at him, minding her own business.
Kun thanks her, his voice soft, almost in a whisper but Sona heard it. Kun goes back to listening closely to the lesson, not wanting to miss anything since he is new.
Sona glances at him on the side of her eyes, seeing the side view of his face. Her eyes then goes back to her book, not forgetting how innocent the boy looked for a split second there.
And how she felt her heart skip a beat for a second.
▔▔▔▔ Jaemin was in the university's garden, stating at the yellow necklace in his hand.
He notices the bottom of the amulet becoming opaque yellow, meaning something has happened between them both.
He closes his eyes, the spring breeze hitting him as he gets up from the bench, entering the campus.
He makes his way to the library, going to the room where Sona often stays in and sees the lady there, reading the same book that Sona was reading before.
She smiles, seeing Jaemin enter the room.
"What happened, baby boy?" She asks, her smile turning into a smirk and Jaemin just groans, sitting across her.
"Tired? Exhausted or are you just falling for Sona like what happened with Donghyuck's soulmate, Mika was it?" She asks and Jaemin rolls his eyes.
"Whatever, this is your doing. My heart is already broken enough with this bullshit of yours." He says yet the lady just chuckles.
"You're not even halfway there, love. You've only got 8 members so far." She says, standing up and walks towards the window.
"I fucking hate you and this wizardry you're making me handle."
