VERNON'S POV

I thought about what jungkook said for a while.He told me to speak with my father.He is right. Both me and father are lack of communication. I took a month to decide what to do.This month was like a hell for me.Sundeok is hating me.She always avoided me.It was hurting.But I deserve it.I hurt her.It is all my fault.

Now I'm on my way to my father's mansion. After parking my car infront of the mansion,I got out and went to meet him.

I went to his office room.He was busy with his business works.

"Dad,I want to talk"I said directly.

He didn't even care to look at me.

"Can't you see?I'm busy"

I clenched my jaw.

"Can't you even spare some time to your own son?"I snapped.

He stopped whatever he was doing and looked at me blankly.

"You never wanted to talk to me.Why now?"he asked suspiciously narrowing his eyebrows.

I took a deep breath.

"That's why I want to talk now"I replied in a whisper tone.

He was a bit surprised but nodded and gestured me to sit on a couch.He also got up and sat on the opposite couch.

"What do want to talk?"

I didn't know what to say even though I came to talk.It is awkward. I never talked to him like this.I mean except business matter.

"You told me you're doing everything for me.right?"

He confusely looked at me but nodded.

"Yes.I want a better future for you"

"Are you sure about it?are you sure that you're talking about my future?"I asked calmly.

He got more confused.

"Ofcaurse. You're my only son.You're the heir to all my business"

"But do you realize how you're destroying my present while making my future?did you ever think about it?"

"Vernon,what are you talking about?I don't understand--"

"THAT'S THE PROBLEM!"I unintentionally raised my voice. "You don't understand. You don't understand how you destroyed my past and now you're destroying my present"I said through gritted teeth."you never understood me dad.You always tried to search advantages from everything you see.Because of you,I had to give up my best friends.Do you remember how you tried to use them because of their familys business?And now.You even tried to seek advantages from my girlfriend. And again BECAUSE OF YOU I gave up on my girlfriend. I broke up.Did you ever see how lonely I was?did you ever see my pain?only thing I  ever wished  is to feel love which you were unable to give me."

Now Vernon is in tears.Tears which he hide from him for the last few years after his mother's death.

"I only wanted your love.Not money.I don't want this money dad.I can earn for my future.Just stop doing this.Atleast let me feel the love from a person who truly loves me.Please I beg you.Don't hurt me like this anymore dad"

SUNDEOK'S POV

Next day

I was going to my class with Jungkook.He was placing his arm over my shoulder.

"Hey ugly witch,sport festival is coming. What are you gonna do?"he asked with a smirk knowing we are gonna have a competition to win the games as much as we could.
