So we will start of with saying how grateful we are that each and every one of you decided to take your time and see our lessons!!🤗❤️

Next😂 we're wrapping it up with some quick tips!

POINTER #1: Limit the amount of founts you use.

To achieve the perfect design, you first need to gather the perfect fonts, and to do that you need to play around with different fonts, see which ones fit YOUR design, and don't stop there, keep experimenting until you get the perfect match! Fonts are one of the "Big" things in designing but to get it right, remember not to overdo it.

POINTER #2: Personal letter space

This pointer is about letting the letters breathe, no joke, LET THEM BREATHE! Giving the letters some space, otherwise known as kerning typography can really, as they say, "Make or break" your design. So the next time you make a cover, remember to let the letters breathe 😉

POINTER #3: Research and Practice!!!

Especially if you're aiming to be a professional designer, you need to do your RESEARCH and PRACTICE! First off, I can't STRESS this enough! Go home everyday and just make one cover, I don't care if it's a simple one word one, just DO it, play around with it until you achieve your look! Ever heard of "Practice makes Permanent"? I assure you that you won't be perfect, but you will be mermazing!

The moment you get your assignment, go and find more about it, what are others like this doing? What's the latest trend? What colors suit this? DON'T be afraid to try and make mistakes and just try! Like I said, you'll only get better with practice and ofc research 😉❤️

Now for some prompts ideas! Ever had that moment when you want to design but have nothing to design? Yeah, so have I, so below are some ways to come up with your own exciting prompts!

METHOD ONE: Use a template.

Now before you go and grab a Canva template, let me continue. I mean use a template for a prompt. For example, cover designers, you might participate in a contest where the prompt is "The ___ Sky" and for future practices, you might use prompts like "The Purple Sky" or "The Busy Sky". From experience, one of the best ways to get prompts is just to edit other's prompts! But remember - don't steal! Inspiration and plagiarism are two different things!

METHOD TWO: Use your life as inspiration.

Yes, your life may seem all bland and blah, but I assure you it's not. Take an item next to you, add an adjective, and viola! You have a cover prompt! Same with aesthetics - take a scene from your day, think about the mood during it, and there you go! A prompt for a new aesthetic!

METHOD THREE: Use writing prompts.

There are plenty of graphic design prompts out there on the web, of course, but writing prompts work just as well. Simply search up "daily writing prompts", go to images, pick a prompt, and take the main focus of that prompt to edit into a graphic!

Finally, remember that as a former student, or rather, "alumni", you are free to pop into our inbox at any time and ask questions. Same goes for it you're on Discord - simply pop into the discussion channel! You'll always be part of our community!

That's all for our wrap up! Now we want to, one last time, THANK YOU! We are so grateful that you came and don't forget to shine bright✨Goodbye, or as they say in French, au revoir, goodbye until we meet again.
