Another day of living and contemplating my existence, yay.

I stared at my ceiling motionlessly for the past 7 hours, as usual. I can't sleep a wink, I won't sleep a wink, because that's how my family-- no, don't think about that.

The sleeping pills can't seem to be working, maybe I haven't digested enough of it. It just gives me wave of tiredness, but that's just it.

And plus, sleeping gives me nightmares, I don't like nightmares. So I just resort to mindless meditation, wipe all negative thoughts on my mind, give myself a sense of peacefulness but also awareness of my surroundings, and just, breathe.

I snapped out of my narration as a familiar warm ray of orange hues shined upon my un-blinded right eye, while my clouded-blue left retina just gave off a sense of emptiness. I hate how I can only see from one of my eyes, if only I wasn't such a failure.

Yes, I am permanently blind on my left eye. It happened a few years back, where my life completely turned into fucking ashes. Oops, sorry.

I rolled my right eye to the table beside me. An annoying ticking rectangle displaying an obnoxious red of 5:07am. I sighed, body feeling numb, probably because of my nightly habit of addicting pain. I wonder when i'm going to stop.

I could really use some of Shinra's cuddles and comfort right now.

Speaking of Shinra...

I adjusted my body to the side as I lazily reached for my phone. Scrolling briefly through the contacts, I found what I was looking for.
