"Nopaw! Nopaw!" everywhere Nopaw looked cats chanted her name. But these weren't the happy faces she had imagined so long time ago. These were weird, mean, unrealistic faces that chanted her new name. And in the middle of that was Venomstar grinning. His grin grew huge and swallowed Nopaw whole.

Nopaw jolted awake. Her eyes were shadowed by fear and hate. "Nopaw!" someone yelled. The Blueish-gray she-cat looked at the direction of the voice. It was Mousepaw. "Hi Mousebrain," she mumbled. "Hey, I'm really sorry about how I acted with yo-"
"You mean ignored me,"
"What?"
"I think you meant 'ignored me'. You haven't said me a word since that,"
"Well yeah," he stammered "you see, I was really busy. I was so sad when Cinderpaw died." "And what about me? What about Dandelionpaw? We lost a friend and couldn't even say our last good-byes. Worse than that. Noone would even talk to me," Nopaw mewed in a quiet dangereous voice. Mousepaw was taken back. "I-I'm so-"
"I don't want your pity! I want you!" Nopaw growled, turned around and jumped on Mousepaw. The dusty tom shrieked but suddently Nopaw bursted into tears. "I can't hide it! I'm sick! I'm sick of cats that look at me like I'm a disease. Like a MONSTER!" Mousepaw looked shook:"B-but y-y-you have me an-and D-D-D-Dandelionpaw," Nopaw laughed creepily:"Dandelionpaw! Her first reaction after seeing me was telling:'That monster isn't my sister.'" Nopaw's eyes started flooding again. "And later she tried to kill me. Oh Mousebrain! I said something terrible to her!" Nopaw continued sobbing. Mousepaw tried comforting her and finaly she fell to a long dreamless sleep.
