ECLIPSE ( in Korean: 식 , in Chinese: 日食 , in Japanese: 日食 ) is a Korean girl group created by the company KAL ( Kindness and Love ) Entertainment on the March 27th, 2011. The group has four members. They released their first song I'M FINE on June 23rd, 2017.

KAL Entertainment, still, wanted a meaningful name for their last girl group at this moment. And their name was ECLIPSE because an eclipse has historically acted as a symbolic portal for exponential growth, a time of rapid change, internally and externally. The moon is associated with our subconscious desires and our emotional lives.
