Brighter Days

The dark days are
Just slowly leaving
Into the distance
The cries are fading
The sun shines
Ever brighter each day
The soul finds
Great comfort to say
That the Lord has given
Great Mercy and Grace
Amidst the troubles
That have come our way
He did not forsake us
As we humbly turned to Him
He had protected us
And brought us closer to Him
There shall be
Even brighter days ahead
Be merry!
The love of the Lord shall spread
