Meeting for the first time

Macy's heart felt like it was about to burst out of her chest as the car rolled to a stop. This was it, she was going to finally meet Liam and most importantly Tom. She sighed at the thought.
'Why are you sighing for?' Asked Lauren, stepping outside of the car.
'Oh nothing,' Macy felt her cheeks turn red.
'Yeah right,' said Natalie,'I'm sure you're gonna be fine don't worry.' Macy took one last breath and slowly crawled out. The woods looked like any other, a dirt path, twigs and the same old trees but Macy could tell this place was already special to her.
'Apparently they're close we just need to walk for a minute,' said Lauren. Every step Macy took it felt like her legs were melting. What if Tom didn't like her in person? What if she acted weird?
'I think that's them.'
Macy stopped as she looked up. There they were. She couldn't believe they were actually real. Liam was wearing clothes that described what he wore in the group chat perfectly, grey joggers and a grey jacket. Macy admired the curve of Tom's face and lost all of her thoughts in an instant. Liam nudged Tom and he looked up from his phone. He could see her, it was Macy, the butterflies were violent in his stomach. She was as cute as she was in photos and at last he took a step towards her.
'Hi,' said Liam, 'You're actually not nonces in disguise.' Macy and Tom barely heard Liam's bad joke, they were transfixed on each other.
'Um,' said Nat, 'It's not a staring contest guys'
'Come on thickies, lets go,' laughed Liam as they set off along the path.
Macy and Tom held back a bit while the others carried on ahead talking about how they were and how it's great they could finally meet but the lovebirds could hardly find the words to speak to each other. Macy held back her tears. She was so happy and yet so terrified at the same time.
'So, um...' stuttered Tom, 'I think you're as beautiful as you were in the videos.'
'Well... thanks that was, um, very sweet of you, um, I also think that you are, um, beautiful.' Macy blushed for the millionth time. She felt so awkward, what was wrong with her? Looking down she could see her hand was slowly making its way over to Tom, her pinky brushed his fingers. He responded back by tickling her fingers, before interlacing them fully. Macy couldn't breathe, she couldn't believe tom was holding her hand. At this point they were merely shuffling along, letting the others move further away.
'Shouldn't we go catch u-?' Asked Tom but before he could say anything else Macy put her finger to his lips and brought her face close to his. She could feel his breathing against hers, hot heavy breaths as they became closer and closer. Their lips met and Macy tasted Tom's hot tongue as he explored her mouth. A surge of adrenaline shot through both of their bodies and in that moment neither of them cared what happened to them as long as they were together.
'Oi!' Shouted Lauren, 'Stop smooching and hurry up!' They broke apart to look at her, still holding each other. Before they went to catch up though, Tom whispered in Macy's ear, 'I might have a surprise for you later.' He winked and ran off to catch up. Macy was speechless before she finally got herself back to together and ran after Tom.
'What surprise?' Asked Macy when she reached him.
'Shhhh the others will hear,' muttered Tom. Macy looked inquisitively at him and decided she'd talk to the others for a bit, excited about the prospect of the surprise.
