First Day

My mum came in rushing "Y/N!!! WHAT TIME IS IT!??! YOU'RE GONNA BE LATE ON YOUR FIRST DAY!!!!!" she said. "Oh shit-" i said as i rushed downstairs and quickly eating my breakfast. Today my mum wanted to drive me to school but i said i could go myself "no it's your first day i'll drive you" she said as she get in the car. I looked around seeing no one here oh no I'm late-

"Bye mum" i said as i was closing the door. I looked around seeing no one around and i tried to open the door but couldn't seem to open "wait what if it's a sunday? No it's definitely monday....right?" I said looking for someone. I looked at my watch only to realized it was 7:18 am and school doesn't start until 9:00 am. "Great! I'm too early" I said. I sat down against the wall and started reading my book.

It felt like it has been hours but it's only 20 minutes so i started to just walk around the school since no one is here yet. "Who are you?" I heard someone said behind me, i turn around to see a boy standing there holding a bunch of sticks "i- i'm y/n and i came here early oh and i'm also new and who are you!??" i said "my name is Caleb and if you're wondering why i'm holding these sticks, i'm gonna prank my friend, you see he gets scared really easily oh and i might need you to be a ghost" he said smiling "no." I said "no?" He asked "no. I don't want to scare someone i don't even know and i don't even know who you are , we only met a few seconds ago and i don't know who your friend is"

"I can't believe you agreed to do this!!" Caleb said "you owe me 5 dollars" i said rolling my eyes. I can't believe i agreed.
"So how are we gonna scare him exactly?" I asked "well you are gonna put on this costume" he said pulling out a creepy clown costume. "Y/n?" He said "n-no i am not wearing that!" I said walking away "oh come on! Please?? For 10? 15? Ok fine 20!" He said and i stop to turn around "why in that? Why can't it be spiders or something!" I said "wait don't tell me you're scared of clowns are you? You're not scared right?" He said "i am not and we just met! I am going to be late" i said "school starts in 30 minutes-" he said before i couldn't hear him.

I sit back down and continued reading.
Then i see people starting to come so i stand up and make my way to the office to get my timetable.

(Tim skip again-)

"Oh the new student!" The teacher said, i look around at the people before i quickly look down at... the floor "dustin drum roll" he said to a boy with curly hair "class please welcome all the way from Derry Maine, the latest passenger to join us on our curiosity voyage "y/n!" He said, i just smile and he told me to take a seat anywhere... there was only 2 empty seats-
Then right as i sit "caleb! You're late!" The teacher said. He didn't t say anything and sit down next to me, i looked at him and saw a black eye "holy shit are you ok?!?" I whisper quietly so that the teacher can't hear "y-yeah i'm fine" he said looking the other way.

*bell*

"Wait caleb!!" I said "what?" He said "i- what happened" i said looking at his black eye "nothing! Why do you care? We just met!" he said rolling his eyes and walking away. I sighed and tried to forget about it.

At lunch i looked around for a place to sit, nowhere great! You know what i could just sit at a random table but then i saw caleb sitting alone and decided to sit with him "i'm so-" i started "no i'm sorry i was rude and i got this from this asshole troy he's a bully and i thought my friend was gonna come but it was troy and he got scared and punched me" he said then taking a huge bite of his sandwich. We started to talk.
