Levi was literally scared and nearly fell off his own bed from his god damn child. Eren was currently laughing, clutching his stomach as he had a few tears in his eyes. Levi gave him the hardest glare he could muster, Eren suddenly feeling the intense aura coming from the man. Eren scampered away, running out his parent's bedroom. 

"Mama! Papa's awake now!"

"I can tell, honey.."

You chuckled as you were currently in the kitchen, helping Jean make some breakfast. You only let out a small chuckle, looking at the calendar that was hanging up against the wall and next to the cabinets. It was that time of the year where Eren wanted go around, being a monster he calls himself. Yes, it was October and also Eren's favorite month. Although it wasn't Levi's favorite - even though ALL 12 months aren't his favorite - he still despises everything his son does. You heard quick feet running down the large staircase, Levi following with a very grumpy vibe. You only laughed when Eren swooped and plopped himself on the couch, Levi making his way to the kitchen to find you.

"Well, good morn--"

"Fuck you."

"Love you too, honey."

Laughing at his sour humor, he only leaned in and gave your cheek a chaste kiss as if he was giving you an apology for being so rude at this hour. Jean only cracked a smile whenever his master shows the smallest amount of affection toward you. It made him happy that his friend that turned out to be a shining star is living the life of a normal family. Jean sighed as he placed the finished Pumpkin looking pancakes on the table, Eren eagerly sniffing the air before he made a beeline toward the dining room. 

"Hey Mama, is it okay if I can go trick or treating with Mikasa and Armin tonight?"

"As long as your Father is okay with it."

"Papa, ca--"

"No."

"But you didn't even let me finish!"

"I said 'No' Eren"

You looked up from your made breakfast to look at him, only to see him give you the puppy dog eyes. You cringed slightly, staring into his eyes before looking at your husband who was minding his own business. He sensed the silence, looking up to see that he was giving you the look.

"Okay, I'll go with you."

"YES!"

"Fuck."

"I'm not going to lose my own son, Levi! Besides, there will be other parents as well, so I won't be the only on--"

You paused for a moment, thinking about how tonight was going to go. Levi stared at you for a moment before he crossed his arms over his chest, raising his eyebrow at you. His lips let out a tiny smirk, watching you as you gave yourself a face palm.

"You forgot that you were a celebrity for a moment, didn't you?"

"Yes..yes I did."

Levi let out a rare chuckle, moving in close to you as he wrapped his arms around your body. You blushed at the action, looking up into steel grey eyes as he brushed a piece of your [ h/c ] hair away from your eyes.
