A selection of short letters:

Found inside the maths book of one Jeremy Pulton.

Hey Jeremy
Today I decided something - I decided that I'm in love with you. I hope that doesn't totally weird you out or anything.
Wait... who am I kidding? Of course it does.
Anyway maybe this will make you wonder who I am, or maybe it will just make you have a lovely day, or maybe it'll make you call the police on me (I'm not a stalker I promise).

Found wrapped around a coffee cup full of a mocha - with whipped cream - paid for, and drunk by, one Jeremy Pulton.

Hey there Jeremy!
So it's been a week since I told you I love you. A week full of surprises. Well, not really, but don't you think that would be a good start to a novel?
I do.
I want to write novels, but I don't suppose I'll ever finish one. Not unless it was one about you... wait is that to creepy? Aw crap, I'm running out of room - and time.
Enjoy your drink

Found in a pizza takeaway menu pushed through the letterbox of the house of one Jeremy Pulton.

Jeremy,
So today you got a girlfriend - well, today you told everyone about it at school.
Congratulations!
See I bet you thought I'd be really upset or something about this but I mean I've only been in love with you for a few... months... and you don't even know who I am so I don't even think I'm real.
Maybe I'm a figment (is that even how you spell it, Jeremy? Figurement? Figament) anyway, maybe I'm all in your head.
Have a lovely evening, have a pizza,
Anon

Found in the changing rooms on the last game of the year, tucked inside the towel of one Jeremy Pulton.

Hey there Jeremy,
I haven't written in a while.
I think I'd like to get over you, so maybe we I shouldn't talk for a bit. I hope the game went well, I'm sure it did. You're really good. From what I can hear you're doing some impressive moves out there.
I really have no idea about sport.
Best wishes for the future, Anon

Found inside a graduating cap, pulled out the following morning by one Jeremy Pulton.

Jeremy,
So I failed at getting you, and I failed at getting over you, and now I'm back on square one, where I was a year ago, confessing my everlasting amour.
Well done on graduating. Not that I thought you wouldn't do, of course. But well done, anyway.
I wrote to say that I'm moving away in the autumn, so I hope you'll have a great year and college and everything. Sorry to hear about you and Brandy. Don't worry, you'll find someone else when you go off studying. Or travelling, or whatever you do.
You'll do great.
Honestly, this will be my last letter. Thank you for... well... existing.
Love, Anon

Found under the windscreen wiper of a little green car - scrawled in running out Biro and jammed under with some force - by a young man carrying a cardboard box.

Dear Anon,
Thank you for your notes this past year.
How did I know it was you?
You were in my maths class, you used to work at the coffee shop on the corner, then you quit because they wouldn't let you wear your bright red shoes (which I like very much, by the way), you then worked at Papa's Pizzeria for three months. In the last game of the year, you volunteered as a student warden, even though you hate sports, for extra credit (and for me...?). I'm not quite sure how you managed the cap one, but maybe we can meet up sometime to talk about it?
I don't think I'll be needing another Brandy, or anything else to drink ;)
Meet me at that huge tree on the park just by our (old!) school. I'll be there.
Love, Jeremy
