I walked down the street to Antwans house because his sister was supposed to be doing my hair. When I arrived on the porch I saw what looked to be Antwan. I instantly got me nervous.
"Can I help you" he said in a deep voice.
"Uh um" i cleared my throat "I'm here for Jasmine I got an appointment with her"
He looked me up and down. "Yeah you gotta wait out here she still got someone in there"
I sat next to him on the only bench out here.
"You hella close gee" he said looking at me.
"Sorry" i said scooting over.
"Boy why you out here harassing my clients" jasmine said opening the door letting her other client out.

"you should come over tonight i'm having a lil get together with a few people maybe you could get to know sum people" she said.
Antwan walked in looking at me. "you jus move here"

he took my phone stored his number and sent my number to his self.
"here" he said handing it back and walking out.

"girlll i ain't seen my brother ask a female for nun since we was in school" she said shocked causing me to smile.

my phone rang and the operation spoke. " this is a collect call from california state prison for inmate Christopher Jones say yes to except"
"Yes" i said.
"What's the deal princess" my dad said.
"hi daddy" i said still getting ready.
"how's everything going"
"um i got his number and i'm going to a party at his house so pretty good" i said.

"ONE MINUTE REMAINING" the operator said.

"love you too" i said hanging up
I took a deep breath "whew" i went into my closet finding a outfit to wear when my phone dinged.
twan : come open yo door
my heart started racing again. I walked to the door unlocking it. "You coming over" he said walking in.
"yes i was jus finishing up getting ready" i said.
he hopped on my kitchen counter. "what's yo name baby" he said in a calm deep voice.

"destiny, you" i said.
"Antwan but i go by twan" he said taking a grape out my fruit basket. we sat there in silence. I had to keep reminding myself that he was a bad man.
