As Vernon got closer, he was out of breath
"H- Hey.... Gu-Guys." He said trying to catch his breath
"Hey Vernon." Everyone responded
"Are you going to the park as well?" Deja ask
Vernon slouched over taking deep breathes and then he finally stood up straight.
"I was just out taking Zeus here for a walk, then I saw you guys." Vernon said clearly as he finally caught his breath.
"Would you like to join us and the pups for the rest of the day?" Leah asked.
"Please say yes, Pleasee say yess!" Chance said looking up at Vernon
"Would you like to go to the park boy?" Vernon stooped and asked Zeus.
"Yess!" Chance shouted as he sat wagging his tail,
All the pups turned their heads and frowned looking at Chance.
Chance let out a small chuckle as he sat quietly.
Zeus barked at his owner in approval and they all walked in the park together.
In the park had lots of games and fun for the pups,
The owners walked over to a little sitting area under a tree and let the dogs free.
The energized pups ran off into the park to play
Chance ran over to a small sand pit and chased his tail round and round,
Kobe ran over to grab a stick as Pearl chased behind him,
And Zeus charged up a ramp and then back down through a tunnel.
The pups ran round and round the park, some ran through hoops, some played with sticks, some even took a dip at the small pool.
The pups were having a blast.
