I definitely had a lot more art in 2019 than I did in any other year and I guess that's why my art had improved over the year. So really, anyone can be an artist if you try hard enough, artists don't just say that because they don't wanna teach you, they say that cause that's how they improved over the time that they have been drawing. So, if you wanna draw just practice every day, and I also suggest you watch tutorials and look up pictures of step by step teachings to get good at art :)
