Chapter 1

I've known for a while. I don't know why I couldn't tell him or her. I was too scared to tell them both.

" Blair, What's up with you?" Serena asks me.

" I just have a lot on my mind, S," I say.

" Is that all?" Serena asks me and before I could answer my 4-year-old son ran up to me.

" Mama?" He asks me.

" What's up, Henry?" I ask him.

" I tired!" He says rubbing his eyes. I pick Henry up and walk over to Chuck. I whisper in his ear that Henry is ready for bed. Chuck takes Henry from my arms and walks away to put him to bed.

" I'm sorry everyone but Henry is tired. So, if you all could leave that would be amazing!" I say.

Serena and Dan leave first. " Bye guys! Sorry I had to cut this party short. Have fun on your Honeymoon." I say as I give them both hugs.

" We will, B!" Serena says and walks hand and hand with Dan.

I give Lily and William a hug as they are putting their coats on. Eric left early, something about how he had a date or something. Harold and Roman left early too because they had a plane to catch. " Jenny stay back! We have to talk about your line!" I say and she nods her head and stays back.

I give Rufus and his wife Laura a hug and then they step onto the elevators. I grab Cyrus and my mom's coat as my mom puts Cornelia in her crib and Cyrus puts Charlie in his crib. Cyrus and my mom walk back downstairs, " Where's Chuck?" I ask as I give them their coats.

" He's with Henry in the bathroom. Poor thing was throwing up!" My mom says.

" See you guys tomorrow?" I ask her as Cyrus gives me a hug.

" No, we have an early plane to catch for our anniversary," Cyrus says.

" Dad and Roman left early because they had a plane to catch," I said as they walk towards the elevator.

Mom gives me a hug, " Oh, I see. Bye Sweetie! See you in a couple of weeks!" she says and I nod my head.

" What do you want to talk about?" Jenny asks me.

" Could we talk tomorrow, Jenny? I'm so sorry but my son is sick and I don't want to leave him with his father." I say with a laugh.

" Of Course, I'll call you tomorrow for a time that's right for my schedule!" She says as she walks towards the elevator coat in hand.

I walk upstairs and into Henry's room. " Henry? Chuck?" I yell.

" We are in Henry's bathroom." I hear Chuck yell and I walk into Henry's bathroom.

" How is he?" I ask Chuck and Chuck just nods his head no. Meaning not good.

" Don't you have to take the twins to their doctor's appointment?" He asks me.

" Yes, Serena will be coming because she has to take Blake and Blaine to their appointments," I say.

" Got it. I'll call the office tomorrow and let them know that I won't be able to come in. I'll let Dorota have the day off because I don't want anyone else to have what he has. " Chuck says.

" Got it. Also, call Mara and tell her to move everyone around. No meetings, no nothing!" I say.

" 3 Words...." He says with a smile.

" 8 letters!" I say with a smile and then we kiss.

The Next Day I put on an Orange Stella McCartney (Blair Puff-sleeve)dress with Black Christian Louboutin (So Kate 120 Patent Leather) Pumps, with an Orange Eugenia Kim (Maryn Knotted Satin) Headband. But before I put my headband on, I curled my hair. Then I put my headband on.

I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen. Chuck and I live in an old apartment building, Chuck fixed it so it wasn't an apartment building but it was a house for us to live in. It's huge and it's on the Upper East Side. Then I walk into the dining room and then into the living room. I see Chuck sitting on the couch with Henry laying in his lap. " Good Morning!" I say to Chuck with a smile.

" Good Morning! No, the twins aren't up yet." Chuck says and then gives me a kiss on the lips.

" How did you know what I was going to ask about them?" I say.

" You always ask as soon as you get down here." He said with a smirk.

Serena walks in, " Hey!" she says with a smile. Serena is wearing a tight black tank, skinny, cropped jeans, a brown knit sweater, and black boots. For over two years Serena has been not wearing a lot of expensive clothing, but she will buy expensive heels and dresses but everything else was like everyone else. She has been trying her hardest on getting me off the expensive clothes all day, every day and I have started wearing non-expensive skirts and tee-shirts but that's it. Her hair was down in beach curls.

" When do you and Dan leave?" I hear Chuck ask before I am all the way upstairs to wake the twins.

Blake and Blaine are the same age as Cornelia and Charlie, they are my last children, and thank god because they are all quadruplets. They got to come home two weeks ago from being in the Nicu for 6 months because they had a lot of trouble.

I get Blake dressed into an orange long sleeve onesie with a black sequined pumpkin on the front, black leggings, and orange socks. I then grab her to-go bag and fill it with extra clothes and diapers and other baby stuff. " She looks pretty!" Chuck, Dan, Serena, and Jenny say together.

I give Serena, Blake, the bag, the bunny and I attach her pacifier to her shirt. " Chuck go grab the babies to-go blanket in the laundry!" I say and he nods his head and leaves the room.

Blake started crying as soon as Chuck left, " Who wants her?" Serena asks.

Jenny, of course, takes her and calms her down instantly. " What? How?" Dan asks with a confused look on his face.

" Jenny has been here for two weeks staying in the guest room, helping and everything. " I say and by now we are in Blaine's room.

Jenny just nods her head. I then get Blaine dressed in a black tee, orange shorts, and black socks. I then give Blaine to Dan and the to-go bag, and Blaine's stuffed bear.

We then all move on to Charlie's room and I get him dressed in an orange tee, black shorts, and orange socks. I then give him to Serena. But give the to-go bag and the tiger to Jenny. Chuck walks in, " Found them!" He says with five blankets in his hand.

" Wait, did you find Henry's blankie?" I ask him and Chuck nods his head.

" Finally! " Jenny and I say together.

We all then walk into Cornelia's room, Chuck gives the four different colored blankets to the adults. Then he walks out of the room, probably to check on Henry. I dress Cornelia into a black long sleeve tee with an orange sequined pumpkin on the front, black leggings, and orange socks. I then grab her to-go bag, the blanket, and her duck. We all walk out of her room and into the five-car garage. " Where's the other car's?" Serena asks.

" Chucks are on the other side, while my jeep is getting fixed. " I say.
