Cruel World
I am a clueless traveller in this lonely road.
Don’t know what’s on the far horizon
Travelling in the distant past
Can’t let go of my adversary
They hit me and spit me out
Like I was nobody to them
I can’t live in this cruel world
I just want to rest.
Lay my head in the Bermuda grass
And feel the brushing breeze
Like an innocent child in my mother’s arms
Love is not enough to heal me
They got my everything, you see
Nothing left to me, dancing in broken glass
But I already lost your battle forever
I wish for Divine Intervention
God’s vengeance for my furied heart
Thats my only cry in this cruel world.
I am a lifeless wanderer in this crazy life
Don’t see what my real purpose is
Walking in the fantasy
Can’t be freed by the yesterday’s ghost
My aunt hit me and killed my dreams.
Coz she’s jealous on who am I.
Life is the greatest gift
But also the worst curse
Interred by my envious aunt.
When will I be free in this cruel world?
In the near future, her days is ending now
A light in this cruel world.
I am near to jeopardy.
I am going to the place that I don’t know
Escaping the bad reality
Ruined soul, nothing to show
Because all these years, I’m terribly lost.
