Pretend the virtual cats aren't there.

Also, I don't know what Dally's canon is so here I am making shit up. If it's true, then hallelujah! If not, then it is in an alternate dimension!

Also, also, pretend her ponytail is braided and the bow is long enough for it to be braided into it as well and can be tied into a smaller bow at the end as well.

Final thing. If you know the game Life Is Strange then let's pretend that this college is shaped similar to the game's school but with more floors and such.

"Are you okay, son?" asked a man in his 40's as he put the car in park. "You look a little nervous..."

"I'm fine, Dad," the man's son replied. This guy looked almost fresh out of high school. He even had a backpack full of whatever supplies he needed for his classes. "I'm just a little confused as to how to get from point A to point B..."

I'm not gonna lie. Lotus had a confusing school when she was a high schooler since there were dead-end hallways. Not to mention there's a big cluster of students since the library was massive and people weren't allowed to cut through so of course kids were late. The building, like our protagonist's new college, was built to be small then more was added to it.

"That, I can't help you with."

"I know but why the hell are there three 3rd floors?"

Yes, there were three 3rd floors. Take that high school with two 3rd floors!

The father chuckled as he put his car into park.

"Cole, if you ever need me..."

"I know. You're just a call away. Bye, dad. Love you!"

"Love you too, old sport!"

With that, Cole's father drove away leaving Cole with his suitcase and whatever else he had on him. Classes started in two days so the first thing he planned on doing is finding his dorm room.

"This goddamn map is more complicated than Arin's plan," he mumbled to himself. I would tell you what Arin was planning, but I would get beaten if I did and I don't feel like being out cold right now so I'm shutting the fuck up. "I can't tell if I'm going in the right direction or not..."

As he was walking, there was a funny noise in the distance and it was getting closer. Cole paid it no mind since he was sure that whoever was making the noise would go around him as he tried to figure out which way to go.

The next thing Cole knew was someone bumping into him knocking the both of them over. He dusted his green jersey off before confronting who had tried to run him over. He was a little surprised to see a girl.

She had green hair tied into a high braid complete with two lime green bows in her hair. I don't know my dress names, so we're saying she has a dark green party dress with headphones around her neck that matched her bows. Her boots and socks kinda blended in with one another, but one thing Cole couldn't take his eyes off of was her eyes... Well, her eye...

One eye was behind a star-shaped eye patch which covered some scratch marks on her right eye, but he was sure it was a nice emerald green just like his eyes.

Maybe if he wasn't frustrated with the double-sided map he was dealing with prior, he might've liked what he was seeing a bit more.

"Excuse you," he said sounding a bit ruder than he had planned. He did feel a little bad for saying it like that, but what's done is done. "Didn't you see me as you skated here?"

"Well pardon me, potted grass," she said with a bit of an accent. Cole couldn't tell where it came from since it felt like it was a mix of a bunch of accents. "I was busy tryin' ta get back to my dorm with my new otamatone!"

"Your new what?"

The stranger had picked up a lime green music note shaped thing with a face on it. Cole hadn't seen it before so he stared at it in awe.

"This is an otamatone," she said while placing some of her fingers in the middle of the thing while holding the bottom. Once she opened the mouth, it made a weird honking sound surprising Cole. So that's what the sound was.

Cole shook his head before speaking again.

"Even if you were playing with your on-no-tune-"

"Otamatone."

"Whatever. You could've looked up and avoided me," he said sounding more annoyed. "What are you doing by the boys' dorm anyway!?"

The stranger crossed her arms as she placed a foot on her skateboard.

"I should be askin' what you're doing 'ere."

"I'm a new student at Da Vinci University?" he said coldly. If this was an anime or something, he'd have one of those anger veins on his head. "I am also trying to find my dorm room! Why is a girl at the boys' dorm to begin with!?"

The girl kept a straight face as she kicked up her skateboard having it rest under her arm.

"Ya sure you're in the right place?"

"Yes!"

She grabbed Cole's wrist and went into the dorms with him. There were a few girls standing in the hallway talking about whatever when they entered and saw Cole. He could hear one of them comment about his freckled face with a giggle. He wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing.

"Now then," said the girl as she stood in front of Cole. She was so close to his face that it kinda made his heart race a little. "Do ya believe me naw?"

"I'm sure this is the boys'- WOAH!"

The stranger had grabbed Cole's wrist again and dragged him through the dorm and to a sign.

"What does the sign say?"

Now Cole felt like an idiot.

"It says... 'Girls' Dorm'..."

"Are ya in the boys' dorm?"

"N-no..."

"If ya go out the other exit of the GIRLS' dorm, go straight 'n' when ya see a giant lizard statue named Mona Lisa, make a left turn. Make a right at Stairway P 'n' ya should see some signs to help you the rest of the way. Good luck, nut job."

With that, the two parted ways with the stranger going into her dorm playing with her otamatone and Cole trying to get to the boys' dorm. One of the girls had stopped him just before he had reached the door. This one was ginger with icy blue eyes, but not a single freckle was on her anywhere.

"Hey there~" she purred. Oh god, it's one of those girls.

"Hello," he said while trying to get past her, but she kept stepping in front of him blocking his path. He wasn't interested in girls right now. All he wanted to do was settle in.

"I saw you talking to Arissa Jazz earlier. Can you believe how weird she is? I'm Paisley Queen Dice, by the way.

"Glad to know who she was and you. GOODBYE!" he said as he rushed past Paisley and out the door. He didn't get far before Paisley had grabbed his arm causing him to drop what he was carrying. "WHAT THE HELL!?!"

"Don't you want a real tour of Da Vinci University?"

"I can explore on my own, thanks!" he said as he got out of her grip, picked his things up, and started walking away. This time, Paisley left him the fuck alone

What a first day this was for Cole.
