Me and Dally were just about to walk out the door when Darry called for us.
"Where do you think you're going?"
"We're going to the uh...the lot!"
"Really. You are really bad at lying. I going to try this one more time. Where are you going?" I thought for a minute. But then I just decided to leave it to Dally.
"Were going to walk around for a while. She just thought that you wouldn't want us to."
"Well I suppose that's alright. Just be careful, alright?" We nodded and turned to leave.

We mostly walked in comforter silence but every once in a while we would bring up something. When we got to Bucks, Dally was making sure no one ran into me and no drunk guys tried hitting on me. We walked up the stairs and went into his room.
"Jeez, it's crowded tonight." I said, sitting in the bed next to Dallas.
"Yeah, I know. There's bound to be some sort of disaster down there."
"What kind of disaster!?" I said, worried.
"Nothing that can get us up here." He said reassuringly.

We were playing cards when I started to get tired. But it was raining so we couldn't walk home.
"Hey, Dal, I'm getting tired. I'm gonna call Darry really quick and tell him I won't be home for a while."
"Okay, the phone is over there." He pointed to a dresser with so much stuff on it that you could hardly see the phone, but I managed. I dialed Darry's and he picked up.
"Hello? Darrel Curtis speaking."
"Hey, it's me, Darling. Me and Dal were walking and we were closer to buck when it started raining so I'm probably staying here until the morning."
"Alright, but you stay safe, or I'll skin you."
"Okay, I love you, goodnight."
"Goodnight Darling."

I was walking back to the bed when I realized I didn't have and pajamas.
"Dally, do you have a shirt I could wear tonight?"
Yeah, here doll." He said handing me a white tshirt. It was quite big on me considering I'm only 5"3'(<omg I did that so wrong.)
When I walked out wearing only the shirt, Dally smiled.
"What?" I said, laughing.
"You look so cute." He grabbed my hand and pulled me gently towards him. We cuddled for a while. Let me tell you a secret about Dallas: he is the absolute best at cuddling.
"I love you Dally." I said as I drifted off to sleep.
"I love you, too doll. With all my heart."
