the Cryo Power Armor was a Unique Armor Design used by the Enclave thanks to the Research Data Gained from Vault 111 and Vault 111 Government Section by Nate and General Russell Ward, as such Nate managed to get the Vault 111 Cryolator Weapon Prototype took part in the Test of the Prototype and noted that the Cryo Power Armor increased the Effectively and Efficiency of the Cryolator much like how the Tesla Armor increased the Effectiveness and Efficiency of Energy Weapons
