Merry Christmas peeps!
---------------------------------------------

My friends and I went to the main office right away to avoid the long lines that will form in seconds. We were out of breath when we reached the main office, but we made it before the line formed.

I opened the door, and held it for my three friends. They dragged their feet into the office, breathing heavily as their chests' rised up and down.

Our favorite secretary, Ms Marion was there when she lifted her head up. She loved us four because we were all so respectful and nice... well, to her. She gave us a sweet smile, showing her perfect white teeth.

"Hey Ms Marion!" Hailey said.

"Hi Hailey, Molly, Shaylinn, and Elizabeth," she said, " are you guys here for your schedules?"

"Yes," I answered, still trying to catch my breath.

"Ok, give me a minute to retrieve all of your schedules," said Ms Martha.

"Wow," I huffed, "I have to work on my stamana!"

"No you don't!" Shaylinn said in a stern voice.

"Uh, yeah, I do," I said in a 'duh tone' as I leaned forward.

Shaylinn was about to object, but Ms Martha came back from another room.

"Here are all your schedules, and I hope you have fun!" Ms Martha said.

"Thank you," we all said in unison.

We walked out of the main office, and into the busy, pandamoneous hallways. We stepped to the side so we didn't get road killed. I look at my schedule which had:

1-2: Math
3: Career Readiness
4-5: Language Arts
6: Lunch
7: Gym (Mon. and Thurs.)
7: Spanish (Tues. and Fri.)
7: Art (Wed.)
8: Civics
9: Science

My friends shared what classes they had. Unfortunetly, I didn't have any anyone in civics, science, spanish or art. Thankfully, I had all of them for gym, Molly in third period, and everyone except for Hailey in math class. Well, she is the smart one in the group, so of course she would be in the accelerated math class. Finally, no one in my Language Arts because they have different room numbers... sadly.

The bell rang, signaling for students to head to class. We all walked up to the second floor because the math class rooms are right next to each other. When we got there, we parted with Hailey and went inside.

We chose to sit in the back like always as the second bell rang, and the math teacher walked in with a soft smile as her eyes sparkled.

I heard she was good, nice, and she believes in kindness. She was probably 5'7" with blond hair and brown eyes. She had a warm aura around her which made me relax a little.

"Good morning class! I am Mrs. Harold, your homeroom and math teacher for this year and I am happy I have you guys. We are going to have fun this year!" she said in an elated, yet tender voice.

This is where I spaced out for the rest of the class as she talked about grades, expectations, class rules, and other stuff.

I went to all of my classes like this before lunch which took forever. Right now, I am in Language Arts, slouched in my seat.

"Alright class, you have three minutes until the bell rings, so you may talk to your friends or do whatever you want," Ms Price informed as she sat at her desk.

I kept my eyes towards the desk since no one I know of is in this class. However, that soon ended when the boy in front of me turn around

"Hi," he simply stated.

I drew my eyes up to the voice. "Hi," I whispered a bit nervous.

He was cute. He had blackish hair with chocolate brown eyes that I can stare into forever. He also had a charming smile that melted my heart.

"My name is Andrew Kenton."

"Elizabeth, Elizabeth Wilson."

We both smiled at each other. Then, the bell rang, signaling for us to go to lunch. I got up from my seat as Andrew did, too and we left together. As we got to our lockers, lucky us, our lockers was right next to each other! YAY! We grabbed our lunch and headed outside to recess.
