❤ Caitlyn's POV ❤

Do you still remember that amazing day I finally became Connor's girl? It's been a year already, and it was the 24th of December once again, and it sort of became a thing for Aunt Joan to invite my family and me over for Christmas Eve dinner.

I was getting ready in my room. I took a shower then put on black leggings, an aqua tank top and a black jacket. I loved this jacket-  it was Connor's, and he gave it to me when I said that it was one of my favorite jackets that he owned. It kept me warm and cozy during the wintery weather. I slipped on my ankle boots and did my winged eyeliner. "Ready?" I asked as I opened Maddy's bedroom door.

"Always." she chuckled.

We waited for our parents in the living room. They finally came down and we headed to Connor's house. "Hello!" Aunt Joan smiled.

"Hi, hi." Mom smiled back.

Aunt Joan ushered us to the table, where Dad and Uncle Mark started to talk about boy stuff. "Boys, Aunt Lou and Uncle Ben are here." Aunt Joan called out.

"Coming!" a voice replied, probably Riley's.

A few seconds later, all three of them came running down the stairs. "Hi." they said.

"Hi." we all smiled back.

They took their respective seats, and we started to eat dinner while having a conversation. Eventually, as the conversation became longer, Aunt Joan eventually asked, "How are you and Connor?"

I heard the three dorks (Maddy, Toby and Riley) hold their laughter while Mom and Dad chuckled. "Oh, we're fine." I smiled. "Not perfect, but we're good."

Mom nodded like a proud mother, but I'm guessing she's just happy. Dad looked at Connor. "How about you, son?"

Connor chuckled. "We go through ups and downs, but we manage. Your daughter is a great lady afterall, Uncle Ben."

"That's nice to hear." my parents grinned at me.

I just sheepishly blushed. "Well, Aunt Joan and Uncle Mark did raise a fine man."

"Oh, that's good to hear, sweetie." Aunt Joan chuckled.

"Two other children over here!" Toby and Riley laughed.

Maddy lightly slapped their shoulders. "You guys aren't men."

"Whut?" Toby laughed.

"You're still boys." Maddy joked.

Riley chuckled, "Oh I see. According to Maddy, we're fine boys."

"Yes." Maddy, Connor and I laughed.

"Thanks." the two others said with a cheeky smile.

The parents had quite a laugh too. Then as usual, we did our own things. We went to the living room. We talked about how BYE's shows have been this year, and how Maddy and I were since it's our second year to live in Florida. Riley took a group selfie- each of us with our own dorky faces. I love these people. Then Riley went to get something, while Toby and Maddy escaped to the kitchen to get some snacks. Con and I sat on the couch. I waved the "too-long-for-me" sleeves of his (now mine) wonderful jacket. "I still love wearing this."

"Glad you do. The fact that it's too big for you makes it look cute." Connor chuckled.

I teased. "I also wear or hug this when I miss you."

"Aw you're sweet." he pinched my cheek. "I also have that Starbucks-holding Mickey Mouse stuffed toy on my bed all the time. I always bring it along when we go on shows."

"Yay. I'm happy you do." I chuckled.

Connor let out another chuckle. He wrapped an arm around my shoulder and handed me a medium sized, wrapped box. "Merry Christmas."

I smiled. "Thank you. Merry Christmas as well." I handed him his gift too, then I kissed his cheek.

Connor kissed my cheek also. "Love you, baby."

I leaned on him. "Love you too, babe."

It was silent for a while, just a couple together in Christmas Eve, then two dorks burst in with a bowl of candy. "OTP!" said Maddy. "The feels!"

She and Toby sat down, and he smiled. "Supportive siblings."

"Agreed." Riley followed.

Connor and I just laughed.

My family, my friends, my boyfriend...I'm glad they're mine.
