Wow. I'm dumb. I forgot that the Autobots have the Nemisis in the movie. But for the purposes of this story, I'm going to say that the Nemisis crashed shortly after Megatron "died", and that the ship in the movie is some random ship the Autobots magically got or something. If someone wants to suggest a name (or even a story on how they even got the ship) for it that would be great, since It'll probably show up at some point.
