Scarlett Inferno strolled through the library of the Academy of the Altruistically Powered. She had been waiting for Glacier and Vaporwave to finish cramming for tomorrow's exam but had grown bored of watching them intensely study. Scarlett knew she probably should be opening a textbook herself, but she wanted to take a short break after school before she continued her hero lessons. The rows of books seemed to grow dustier and dustier until she reached a dimly lit corner of the library. She observed that it was roped off with a small piece of paper taped to it.

"Now entering the Restricted Section, only certified heroes beyond this point, thank you." Scarlett read out loud. She looked around her to make sure no one was watching her from afar. The section was far away from the main area of the library, and there weren't any cameras. "There's nothing stopping me from crossing this barrier, so why not?" Scarlett hoped over the rope and began browsing the old leather-bound books. One book managed to catch her eye because it wasn't a book but in fact was an old journal that appeared worse for wear. She pulled it off the shelf and studied the cover.

"Hopper's portal journal. Warning: Opening journal without proper training may lead to fourth-wall breaking." Scarlett scoffed.

"So do you use this book for demolition work then? I have plenty of training for busting down walls, I think I'll be fine." Scarlett opened the book, and a bright light filled the room as a small portal opened. When she looked inside, she found herself looking right at you as you read this sentence.

"Woah! Who are you? Glacier and Vapor have got to see this. Have you been spying on me this entire time?" Scarlett stared at you briefly before shutting the journal. The cover disappeared and then a new one took its place.

"Scarlett Inferno's  Book of Utter Chaos? This is getting kind of creepy." Scarlett then ran out of the restricted section and made it back to the couple's table. She slammed the book onto the table to get their attention.

"So I may or may not have been to the restricted section and picked up this journal thing." Vapor dropped her pencil.

"You did what?"

"At this point, you guys should know that I'm going to do stuff I'm not supposed to do. Anyways, I opened the journal and a window appeared and it showed me this weird looking mortal. It's hard to explain it, just look!" Scarlett opened the book again to show the two heroes the portal. They stared at you briefly, and Glacier cleaned his glasses to make sure he was seeing clearly what was happening. Scarlett shut the book and they both were shocked.

"The craziest part is that the cover changed to my name and now it says it's my book." Scarlett showed them the cover, and then the book began to glow softly and vibrate.

"Is the book calling me?" Scarlett reopened the journal to see a note from someone named "Author."

Author's Note:

Hi everyone! So here's how this is going to work. This will basically be a book filled with random one-shots and drabbles I have from this universe. I'll even take some suggestions too! To ask a question or to give me a prompt to write about, comment on the bold and underlined sentence below. That way it will be easy for me to compile the questions and write an answer.  Readers can submit one question or one hundred if they want! I decided to make this because I love this story, I love everyone that has taken the time to read it, and I wanted to collaborate with you guys and do something fun! As always, I appreciate all of you for reading!
