Wooyoung sat on the shoreline of the beach as he watches the sun set. The blue began to fade to a pretty pink and purple that melted into the waves.

He sighed as he laid back on the sand.

"So I'm stuck here all summer." He grumbles out.

He was being forced to watch his parents beach house while they were on a business trip.

He was looking forward to spending the summer with his friends back home but now he's forced to stay in a house thousand miles away, alone.

He would be lying if he said the view wasn't beautiful.

The black haired boy heard a splash of water and he looked up and saw ripples in the water.

Out of nowhere a lage fin flipped out of the water.

His eyes grew wide.

"What the hell was that! It was huge" he said to himself.

He was confused but just brushed it off as a fish.

He walked back to the house. Before he walked in he looks back. He swore he saw something in the water but when he blinked it was gone.

"God I need sleep." Wooyoung mumbles to himself.

"I swear It was huge!" Wooyoung said to his friend Mingi through the phone.

"Ooooo what if it was a mermaid." The other male giggled threw the phone.

Wooyoung rolled his eyes.

"What are you 5? Shut up dumbass."

Mingi laughed through the phone.

"Well I'm gonna head to bed so night." The taller male said through the phone.

Wooyoung said bye and hung up.

He turned his lights off and the sentence from his friend filled his mind.

"What if it's a mermaid."

He shook his head and mentally slapped himself.

"They don't exist."

He soon closed his eyes and passed out.

The next day was boring. He did nothing but sit around and do absolutely nothing.

He ran outside in a rage and kicked the sand.

He watched as the waves crashed against the shore.

"Fuckkkkkkk." He yell.

He glanced over to a huge rock a few feet away.

He walked over to it and climbed it.

He walked closer to the edge. It was surprisingly higher than he thought it was.

The black haired male sighed.

"I'm so bored! I hate it here-"

Wooyoung took one step too far and the next thing he knew, the ledge under him broke and he crashed into the water.

Soon everything went black.

Wooyoung's eyes shot open and he began to choke and cough up water.

He looked around and noticed he was on shore.

Confusion filled his mind.

"How the hell-"
