Chapter 6: the recovery

Lena's pov:

It was the afternoon, kara and I had been dancing and laughing all day, it was good to have my beautiful best friends back. I had really missed her during the two in which I was in a coma, it was awful I could hear her, feel her, but I couldn't see her and take her in my arms, and the worst part was that I couldn't tell her that I wasn't mad at her, I tried but I just couldn't, my head was telling me to wake up but my body wasn't listening. It was the worst two weeks in my life, to have a person you love near you, but you can't do anything it's really hurt.

-" lena, honey are you okay?" kara asked with concern in her voice.

-" humm oh sorry kara yes sorry I was thinking, and I didn't watch the moovie what happend ?"

-" what were you think about?" she asked while she was pausing the moovie.

-" about how hard it was to hear you during my coma, but that I couldn't do anything to wake up, i'm so sorry, but I tried really hard but my body wasn't listening I'm so so sorry" I explain crying.

-" it's okay lee don't worry, it was hard for both of us but you are here now, and that's all that's matter okay" she said while she pulled me for a hug, crying too. We stayed like that for what it felt forever before she spoke.

-" so do you want to finish the moovie or do you want to go to sleep or to call the superfriends for a improvised game night? choose and we'll do it, it's not late so we can do what you want?

-" why don't you call everyone for game night, and before they arrive we can go do some shopping for alcohol and snacks?"

-" we'll do that then, I'm going to call everyone, why don't you make a list of what we need to buy" she said while goind to the kitchen " by the way I just send you an invitation to be in the superfriends group whattsapp ( hey my group whattsapp, or shall I say fan club), there you go" she said while I received an invitation. Kara came back 10 minutes later and everyone will be there, so it will be alex, sam, j'onn, brainy, nia, james, and that's it. So kara and I went to the grocerie shop near my penthouse and buy everything that we needed so it was alcohol and snacks, and all the other things that we thougt could be useful. Of course kara wanted to pay but I said:

-" kara come on I'm a billionnaire, I can pay for this even if you can too, plus it's at my house that the game is hosted so that's on me"

-" okay for this time but don't take a habbit of it" kara respond

-" you know I'll win anyway, (You know 😉)

So with that we went back at my place to set everything, alex and sam arrivied at 7 and the other followed.

-" okay so we can start but I don't have any board game here, so we'll do like teenage game if you're okay with that" I said and everyone accepted. " then let's start with a truth or dare, and then a never have I ever, and to finish a spine the bottle" and alex laughed at the last one, we all took place aroud the table in the living room. Kara and I were on a couch, sam and alex on the other in front of us and brainy and nia at the opposite of james and j'onn on the floor.

-" so kara truth or dare" alex started, kara respond with truth " okay so what is your favorite moment of your friendship with lena" alex asked, kara seemed to think about it but I already knew what she was going to reply:

-" when lena told me that I was her hero even if it was supergirl that saved her, even if I am supergirl she didn't care about the strong supergirl, all she cared was the shy litlle reporter and that's mean a lot to me" she said while she was looking directly into my eyes

-"aww, that's so cute" nia said and we all laughed "kara you're up"

-" okay so sam truth or dare?" kara asked, sam choose truth "when are you going to finally kiss alex, because even me as oblivious as I can be I noticed it" kara asked and I saw akex and sam's face going red.

-" well actually, I already did last night before going to sleep" sam respond shyly, and everyone was happy for them. So everyone had answered a question except me, so that was my turn.

-" so lena truth or dare" james asked

-" it's not that I don't trust you james but I don't for that so truth" I said

-" okay, so what do you love the most about kara" james asked

-" what I love about kara is that she always believe in me and that she always see the good things about poeple, and she's a good pillow too." and that was my reply, kara directly came into my arms and I hugged her tidly.

-" you really think that, lee?" she asked

-" of course, if I didn't I wouldn't say that, ok let's pass to another game shall we?"

-" never have I ever should be fun, by the way kara I bring alien alcohol so you can be drunk, it's going to be a fun night"

-" thanks alex, even if I don't like to drink, someone say a question and if you already done it you drink and if not you don't, and if the subject is interestingbwe'll explain what happened, understand" everyone nodded " so ever have I ever have a one night stand"

Alex, james, sam and I drank and we start to explain

-" so for me it was at barry's wedding just after maggie with sara who by the way is an assassin, well forner assasin" alex explain

-" so for me it was with a guy named justin it was like 5 years I was bored so I called him after meeting him in a bar" sam said

-" so for me it was with lucy actually we met in a party when we were in college and we did, what we did and then I saw her again 5 years later and we started dating, what about you lena?" james asked so I started to explain:

-" it was a few years ago like 4 or 5 years ago, we were in a party and there was that girl, who was by the way very hot, so she came to see me and we started dancing and what happened, happen and the next moring we explain that we both didn't want a relationship so I've never saw her again" I explain and everyone was shocked by my answer " what" and alex was the first to talk.

-" I didn't know you were gay" alex said

-" well it is not something that you'll see in the media before no one know about that except you and the women I've been with"

-" so if you're gay, why did you date me?" james asked a little hurt.

-" well I'm gay but I can date boys sometimes even if I prefer girls, actually I only dated two guys, you and jack."

-"ok so let's pass to the next question, never have I never kissed a girl?" nia asked and at my biggest suprise everyone drank, so for alex, sam, james, brain, j'onn we didn't explain but kara and nia did:

-" so when I was still in a boy body, I had a girlfriend so I think that's explain everything, what about you Kara?" nia asked and explain.

-" well, I was in high school and a girl was crushing on me but I didn' t know that I just thougt she was being friendly and one day she kissed me and I ran away and alex laughed at me when I explained to her, that was not very nice of you by the way" she said and everyone laughed. And we played the game for like 20 minutes, before alex cut us:

-" okay kids let's change the game, before you can say anything it's a real kiss and at least 10 seconds" so she took a bottle and placed it in the middle of the table " okay so kara will start and kiss" she spinned the bottle "lena..."
