Chapter 5: After

Lena's pov:
I have been in the DEO, three days now, I still have scars they will never really disappear, but I'm safe and kara, sam, ruby and alex are too so I don't really care. Kara had stayed with me, and hadn't never leave my side for more than two minutes. We don't have the same relationship, but it evolved in a good way, we're closer, and we still have fun and we still talked, but Kara was a litlle more protective and caring then before, not that I'm complaining I love the new kind of relationship with have.

-" Lena, are you ready to go home?" kara asked nicely like always. I noded " I'm going to call alex so she can check your vital and you're scar and to see if everything is fine." she explain

-" okay, I'll wait you here then" I respond, smilling

She extited the room and came back a few minutes later.

-" hey lena how are you feeling?"

-" I'm good thank you" I said

Alex checked my vital and everything she had to do.

-" okay so your vital are good, you bruises are healing proprely, but Kara still has to stay with you until I know for sure that you're good, understand? " alex asked with a calm voice

-" yeah that's not a problem, Kara will stay with me in my penthouse" I said.

So after that we packed the few things that I had in the room, kara flew us to her apartement, for her to take clothes and everything she needed. And then we went to my place.

-" so what do you want to do? We can watch a moovie, or read, or talk, go to sleep now ?"

-" I think we could watch a moovie don't you think"

-" sounds great, I let you pick a moovie, but not a musical Kara please, I think I already saw all of them at least twice thanks to you" I joked

-" I still don't what you have against mucical, but fine we'll watch star wars, so you already saw the 4, 5,6,1,2,3 now we have to watch the 7,8,9 are you okay with that"

-" of course you know I love star wars, I'll go to the kitchen to make pop corn, stay here and start the moovie" I ordered

-" no lena, you stay here I can make the popcorn"

-" Kara I can do it okay, I'm fine if I need something I'll call you"

Before she could respond,  I went to the kitchen, but I couldn't reach the bowl, because I wear heels all the times but right now, I have some slippers on so I'm too tiny.

-" Kara coud you come here for a second" I said with a low voice, kara superspeed herself in the kitchen

-" what happened" she asked panicly

-" kara I'm okay, I just coudn't reach the bowl" as I said the last part my voice turned into whisper but I knew she would hear it. She chuckled and reach the bowl to give it to me.

-" so I didn't know I was taller then you" she said holding back a laugh

-" of course you knew don't play with me, even if I wear heels you're still taller then me, I hate being so short" I said

-" don't worry that doesn't mean that you're not hot, it's just bring some cuteness with it" she joked, I stock my tongue out I know it's very childish, but she acted like a child so I did the same. She approched me with devilish smile on her face, she hugged me but, she didn't release me after that, she just carried me to the couch, bridal style.

-" kara, what are you doing" I asked after she lift me off the floor

-" you're so tiny, I woudn't want you to hurt yourself" she respond

-" fuck off" I said ( reference to sakia)

She drop me on the couch, and she launched the moovie, during the moovie we went closer and closer until kara fel asleep in my arms, while I was playing with her hair. When the moovie finished, I tried to wake kara up.

-" Kara honey, the film just finished, wake up" she started to moove.

-" lee why did you wake me it's not the morning yet, it's only like 1a.m."

-" I know that's why we have to go to bed" I explained

-" oh okay" she said while she sat, when she saw the position in which we were, her cheeks went red " sorry lena I didn't want to fall asleep on you"

-" it's okay, i know you didn't sleep much these past few weeks, let's go to bed"

-" you can go I'll sleep on the couch" she said

-" no kara, you're going to stay here for at least a week so you can't sleep on the couch, come with me"

Kara's pov:
-" oh okay" I followed her in her bedroom, then I went to the bathroom to change into my pyjamas, it was a short and a large sweater from midvale high school. I went back to lena's bedroom and saw that she was wearing a short too, with a large oxford university sweater, she was beautiful as always. We went to bed, but I couldn't sleep and lena neither so I said:

-" lee can you take me in your arms please"

-" of course, come here" she said while she opened her arm. I had my head on her shoulder and her arms around mine, and my arms around her stomach.

-" night lee"

-" night kar"

We slept like that and honeslty it was the best night I've ever had, with one of the person I love and care for the most. I didn't slept like that since a night on Krypton twenty years ago.

I wake up the next morning by somoene playing with my hair, and that someone was lena I couldn't be happier then right know.

-" morning sleeping beauty" lena said with her morning voice, honestly I was my favorite sound ever. Even her Irish accent was showing off.

-" morning lee, slept well? I love your accent by the way it's cute" I said while I was pulling her closer to me, being careful to not broke her ribs.

-" thanks, it was one of the best sleep I've ever had, and you?"

-" same, I'm going to get out of bed and make breakfast okay" I said trying to get up but lena cut me off.

-" no you're not" she said " kara do I have to remind you that you can't cook"

-" that's not true I can cook"

-" liar" (reference😉)

-" okay fine you cook but I'll clean up, everything okay" I said pulling my hand towards her

-" deal" she replied shaking my hand. So we spend most of the morning cooking, cleaning, dance and sing, lena is a really good singer, I didn't espect that,

-" you should sing more often, you have a beautiful voice"

-" thanks but I'm afraid that is not true"

-" I swear it is" and then I don't know why but we burst out laugher, and the morning was spent like that in a good mood.
