The end of kings love *Thranduil fanfiction ^^

Chapter 1

Thranduil took his hand up to the sky with his sword in his hand and just stared at his sword while taking a deep breath. He looked behind him where his army were and looked away. He took his sword down and went on his horse while shouting out "we attack at dawn, it'll be easier, they won't see us then" he said without even looking at his army. they started to get on their horses as well they shouted "Follow the king"

Thranduil and his army were going to the borders of mirkwood, because there were orcs going there, and king Thranduil couldn't allow any harm come to neither his people or his son, Legolas. They hide themselves behind some trees, little far from the borders of mirkwood. A soldier heard the orcs come their way. The soldier could not talk, too afraid to be heard of the orcs, so he made eye contact with king Thranduil and whispered "hir vuin" Thranduil looked at the soldier and nodded carefully, with anger taking over his facial expression.

Thranduil saw orcs coming their way, and he took his sword out which meant "attack" all the soldier took out their weapons, and were nervous, but they resistet their feelings of running away, and ran out of the forest and attacked at full speed the orcs, while Thranduil was on his horse and tried to attack the leader of the orc pack. The leader of the orc pack was tall and bigger than the other orcs. Thranduil took his sword up and went twoards him at full speed, while he cought eye contact with the leader. the orc leader took his weapon up and said "LET ME TAKE YOUR HEAD ELVEN KING"

Thranduil smiled a coldly smile while saying "Your one ugly son of a b***" The orc leader took his weapon towards Thranduils head, when thranduil jumped of his horse and blocked his weapon. Before the orc leader could turn around and attack again, thranduil throwed a dagger he had with himself and throwed it at its head. while the orcs leaders head was flying in the air, thranduil enjoyed the view. Thranduil couldnt care less about the orcs so he turned around with a calm cold face and scanned around himself for his horse "Tolo" he said when he found his white shining horse, he got up on his horse, when he saw an orc running twoards him holding the same dagger thranduil killed the orc leader with "Avo nevad ushi" thranduil said and cut his head of.

Thranduil's army were not taken lightly. The soldiers themselves were trained at a very young age, and untill this day they still train themselves, and they improve everyday.

Thranduil was sitting on his horse and looking at the soldiers fighting. there were not many to fight anymore, almost every orc were killed now and some ran away. "hir vuin, should we follow the orc-scum?" thranduil looked at the orcs that were still running. thranduil turned his horse around while saying "u, let them go to their master and tell him how his army was killed"

Before Thranduil was going to ride at full speed towards mirkwood, a soldier shouted "HIR VUIN!" thranduil looked back and just stared at the soldier while saying "no?" The soldier looked deep into his icy blue eyes and said "tolo ar nin" thranduil jumped of his horse and followed the soldier. The soldier led him to a cage that the soldiers found that the orcs were carrying with them. Thranduil looked at the soldier and said with an angry expression "what is the meaning of this?" the soldier looked at him and did not reply anything, but went to the cage and opend it.

It was dark outside, and so it was in the cage. Thranduil saw that there was someone in the corner of the cage, but he did not see who it was or how it looked. As the moon shined that night, it shined at the cage and gave thranduil light, to see whom it was sitting in the cage. He saw that it was a young girl, in fact she was also an elf just like him.

She was scared, she had a dirty old, torned blanket og herself, her hair was all messed up, her nice elven dress was all torned up, and dirty. her face was coverd in dirt. she had no shoes on, and her foots were all scratches, blood and dirt on. She was still afraid even when she saw thranduil. she squeezed herself even more in the corner on the cage, and her breath got heavy. Her eyes went from thranduil to the soldier in fear.

Thranduil liftet an eyebrow and looked at her weirdly "what's your name young lady?" thranduil said trying to make a smile appear on his face and not look angry. she came a little forth and said "Awaneth, hir vuin, awaneth, daughter of Aneth" she said while just looking deep into his eyes and realizing how icy blue his eyes actually were. Thranduil took his hand on the top of the cage while bending down so he could see the more of her. "I am thranduil son of Orpher, i wish you welcome to my place, mirkwood, if you so do not have a home to go to" thranduil said while his golden hair falled of his shoulders. she tried to put on a smile even when she was hurt and said with a quiet voice "no la, le fael" Thranduil smiled at her and said "don't worry, no harm will come to you by neither me or my men, you are safe" and he turned around as if he didn't want to hear Awaneth's reply to that.

Thranduil went to a soldier and said "Take her with us, heal her wounds and find her a bed" said thranduil and went on his horse and rides towards mirkwood "no, hir vuin" said the soldiers and took Awaneth with them without questioning her.

So i just finished my first chapter, and i really hope you enjoyed it! i enjoyed while writing this one and am looking forward to write many other chapters! ^_^

So Awaneth was taken to Thranduils place? what will happen?! am so excited myself! :D

so the picture to the left is thrnduil, i know iknow, its not a horse as i said in the story, but anyways, its a picture how i imagine how the fight was between the orcs and the elves :) <3
