Sometimes we stop talking to people we start living a life in the darkness where we think there is not any solution for our problems. But there is always a way to come out of it, For that please don't keep ur problem nd sadness with you , share with your loved one, might you not get the solution of the problem but definitely you will get the strength to come out of it.

It's really High time now that we should understand the seriousness of mental health. Start taking it seriously because it's not a problem, people who think it's a problem should clean dust from their brains because people like them are problem in our society 🙂
Apko duniya chahe sab mil jaye gadi, paisa , bunglow par agar ap k pas vo peace nhi h Zindagi to koi chiz apka sath nhi degi, islea apni zindagi par zarur dhyan de.
Everyone who's are reading this, I will really suggest you please anytime you feel something like this, please talk to your friends , family , ur closed one's and take the help from the doctors properly. Because this the best way to deal with the depression. Anybody who really want to share anything they contact to their close one, you can even msg me directly when you are I might not give a solution to it but I promise I will never leave you alone to deal it🙂
