Chapter five- the story of two

Samo stared at the young dragon before him he was rather curious for he heard about this dragon in a legends,the protector of the nest.he took a step closer causing the dragon to growl,the young king put his hands up trying to calm the scared dragon "wait!..i won't hurt you"

He said as he dropped his bow and dagger,"see? I don't mean no harm.the dragon stopped growling now looking at samo in confusion,other people would attack him tried to murder him so why is he not doing the same?.samo slowly took another step while smiling" don't be scared i wont hurt you" he said in calming voice.the dragon did not growl he did not move he didn't know what to do honestly, this was the first time a human tried to converse with him.samo put his arm up reaching for his snout,the dragon growled showing his teeth trying to scare the young man off, but samo didn't move an inch and stared at the dragons silver eyes with a calm smile.

"Please i wont hurt you dont be scared" he said with worried looks,the dragon was confused at his words,why would a human act like this?.he stopped growling staring the boy right in his amber eyes,closing his eyes he leaned into his arm.suddenly it was like a lightning went through both of them it was unbelievable feeling a memories went through both of their minds samo saw a nest,he saw a families of dragons living in a large cavern overlooked by the same type of dragon that stood before him, while the dragon saw a giant castle and many people bowing down to the young man that he sees right now.the dragon broke the touch between them making samo fall on his ass and jumped back curling himself into a ball,"what?..what was that?"he spoke with shaky voice.

samo looked at the dragon with wide eyes but shook his head and walked over to the dragon placing his hand on his back.the dragon yelped and looked at the boy"what..what did you do to me!?" he yelled at the young king,"i..i didn't do anything i just touched your snout and those memories..those memories appear in my mind"h answered the dragon."don't worry i am not like the others i won't hurt you" he said as he hugged the dragon's neck.the dragon was surprised at the boys actions but he hugged him back"t-thank you ","who even are you ?"he asked when he broke the hug,the boy chuckled "my name is samo " he replied,"m-my name is indy it's nice to meet you samo"the dragon said making the boy chuckle " the pleasure is all mine".the dragon looked at the boys hand noticing a strange marking it looked like a dragon wearing a crown"what is that?" indy he asked, samo looked at his arm seeing the strange symbol."i..i don't know"he looked at indy before his eyes widened,"look you have one too" he said pointing at indis shoulder.indy looks at his shoulder and to his surprise he too had one."what is this thing"indy asked himself,"it probably has to do with those memories i saw when i touched you"samo explained."you saw them too ?" indy asked surprised "yes" samo replied."so what do we do now"samo asked him,"we should go to my father ash he may know what that thing is, but it's getting late we will stay here for now "said indy.

"okay then goodnight i guess"samo said as he found himself a place under one of the trees,indy laid himself down before going to sleep.it was in the middle of the night when he was woken up by the sound of clacking,he looked around only to see samo shivering trying to warm himself in his cloak.indy felt the need to help so he walked over to samo and curled up around him covering him with his wings.he felt samo clinging to him for warmth making him chuckle before he fell asleep.
